Today we’d like to introduce you to Tansha Casarez.
Hi Tansha, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My journey into the wedding world began years ago when I worked as a virtual assistant for a talented wedding planner in California. I fell in love with the behind-the-scenes magic—helping couples bring their vision to life, staying organized, and making everything flow seamlessly.
After that season, my husband and I packed up our little family and spent over a year and a half traveling the country in our RV. During that time, we explored so many beautiful places, but the Texas Hill Country completely stole our hearts. We eventually decided to plant roots near Dripping Springs—the gateway to weddings in Hill Country—and it truly felt like the perfect fit.
While raising my two toddlers, I found myself inspired by the incredible local venues, vendors, and community here. That’s when I decided to take a leap and build Wildflower Weddings TX—a coordination business rooted in warmth, hospitality, and a genuine love for celebrating love stories.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road definitely hasn’t been perfectly smooth, but each challenge has helped shape my journey in meaningful ways. One of the biggest obstacles was starting a business while raising two young toddlers. Balancing family life and entrepreneurship requires constant flexibility, creative scheduling, and a lot of late nights.
Another challenge has been settling into a new community after years of traveling. Building local vendor relationships, understanding the Hill Country wedding landscape, and establishing a name for myself in a close-knit industry has taken persistence and heart.
There’s also the natural learning curve of growing a brand from the ground up—figuring out the right systems, marketing strategies, and finding my unique voice in a competitive market. It’s been equal parts humbling and exciting, and I truly believe every challenge has pushed me to grow in ways I wouldn’t have otherwise.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Wildflower Weddings TX is a boutique wedding coordination business based in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. We specialize in thoughtful, down-to-earth coordination that allows couples to truly enjoy their wedding day without getting caught up in the stress of logistics.
One of the things that truly sets Wildflower Weddings TX apart is the level of care and connection I build with my couples. No one is ever “left until the day-of.” Every couple receives amazing support from day one — whether their wedding is a few months away or over a year out. I love following up regularly, making sure they feel seen and supported throughout the planning journey. I also happily share my personal vendor experiences and trusted contacts, even with couples who are simply exploring the possibility of working together. I believe honesty and generosity build the best kind of partnerships.
In addition to day-of and month-of coordination, I offer Full Experience Packages designed for couples who want a true planning partner. These packages include hands-on guidance from the very beginning — helping with vendor selection, timeline creation, budget management, design brainstorming, and more. It’s perfect for couples who want to enjoy their engagement while knowing every detail is taken care of.
Beyond weddings, I also love curating special moments through honeymoon and proposal planning packages. Whether it’s helping plan a dreamy getaway or a romantic, personalized proposal in the Hill Country, I enjoy making those once-in-a-lifetime memories effortless and unforgettable.
I also offer event planning services for celebrations beyond weddings — including showers, birthdays, rehearsal dinners, and intimate gatherings. I bring the same care and thoughtful coordination to every event, big or small.
At the heart of Wildflower Weddings TX is a genuine love for hospitality, details, and people. My goal is always to make my couples and clients feel fully supported so they can focus on what matters most — celebrating love and creating beautiful memories.
Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
Starting Wildflower Weddings TX was absolutely a leap of faith. My husband and I had spent over a year traveling the country with our two little ones, and when we decided to settle down in the Texas Hill Country, I chose to build a business from the ground up while raising toddlers. On paper, it might not have looked like the most “logical” time to take on something new — but I knew in my heart it was the right move.
For me, risk-taking isn’t about being reckless; it’s about trusting your instincts and being willing to step into the unknown with purpose. I didn’t wait until everything was “perfect” — I started where I was, with what I had, and poured my energy into building genuine relationships in the community.
There’s always a level of vulnerability in putting yourself and your work out there, especially in such a close-knit and competitive industry. But I believe that the biggest rewards often come from the risks that scare us the most. Taking this step has allowed me to build a business that feels deeply aligned with my life and values, and that’s something I’m incredibly proud of.
