Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Linda and I have worked together at Lott Companies since 2001.
We are literally the yin and the yang. She’s creative and I’m business-minded… the perfect combo!
After an incredibly fun birthday trip with my best friend, Amy, and her mom, Ann, I fell in love with the hat bar idea and asked Linda to join me in opening the best hat bar ever. That trip to Nocona, TX, along with the hat bar experience, changed my life and fueled my passion for hats!
Our mantra… Hats On, y’all!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Shockingly, everything has fallen in place. We are over-the-moon thrilled and excited!
God and the universe are definitely rooting for us. How else could we lease the space on Main Street in the Arts District, make changes to the building without push-back, and purchase incredibly fun and beautiful accessories for our hats while not being punished for being overdrawn repeatedly?!
