Hi Mallory, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I am a hair cutting specialist based in Cedar Park, TX but I originally am from Houston, Texas. Three years of experience working behind the chair, I take great pride in owning a private studio space. My focus is on creating customized lived-in haircuts that enhance the natural beauty of the women who entrust me with their hair.
I have been married to my husband for almost 7 years and we have two beautiful children.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road has had its share of bumps, but each challenge has been a valuable learning experience that I am grateful for as it has helped me grow and become a stronger individual. Each setback has provided a new opportunity to trim away the unnecessary and shape me into the best version of myself.

As a hair cutting specialist, I specialize in crafting long-lasting, customized haircuts. I take pride in being able to help support my family while pursuing a fulfilling career that I love, all without compromising on valuable family time.
What sets me apart is my commitment to continuous education, my passion for learning new techniques to perfect my craft, and my dedication to ensuring that each haircut I create is a work of art that is appreciated and cherished by both myself and my clients.
How do you think about luck?
I am a firm believer that while luck can undoubtedly influence one’s success, it is not the sole determinant. My success has often been the result of circumstance, diligent effort, talent, favorable opportunities, and networking.
Fortune may present me with unexpected openings that would not have otherwise happened – but transforming these opportunities into tangible success has been a relentless commitment that I have been very proud of.
