Tandis Esfandiari, a native of Potomac, Maryland, launched her career as an influencer during her high school years. Driven by her passion and creativity, she relocated to Dallas, Texas, to further her education at Southern Methodist University (SMU). At SMU, she excelled academically, majoring in marketing and minoring in advertising.
During her time at the university, Tandis caught the attention of the prestigious Campbell Agency, leading to her signing as a model. Simultaneously, she captivated audiences on Instagram and TikTok with her delightful cooking videos, trademarked with the tagline “mix it up baby.” Her engaging content and charismatic personality quickly amassed a substantial following, opening numerous doors in the realm of event hosting.
Tandis Esfandiari continues to inspire and entertain her growing audience, seamlessly blending her expertise in marketing with her passion for content creation and modeling.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
One of the biggest challenges I face when creating content is constantly coming up with fresh, innovative video ideas. Staying on trend and consistently posting is crucial!
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Modeling has truly become my new passion. I love that it allows me to meet so many diverse and inspiring individuals within the fashion industry. Whether it’s runway, print, editorial, or e-commerce, I enjoy it all! Each type offers a unique experience and a new way to express myself.
Recently, I’ve started to dive into event hosting and it has been an exciting journey. I’ve had the pleasure of hosting two major events: the DUNE Part 2 movie premiere in Dallas, Texas, and the Flor de Caña Sustainable Cocktail Competition in Austin, Texas. Stepping into this new avenue has pushed me out of my comfort zone, but I’ve learned to love it. It’s a thrilling challenge that has allowed me to grow and connect with even more incredible people.
Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
Balancing my modeling, influencing, and marketing jobs can make life hectic. It’s important for me to stay grounded by doing things I love. Some of my favorite stress relievers include playing instruments, singing, running, and drawing. These activities help me relax and recharge, keeping me centered amidst the whirlwind of my busy schedule.
