Hi Anna, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
In 2001, my older sister asked me to be her maid of honor. What I didn’t know then was that saying “yes” would also make me her wedding planner. I had no experience, only faith. But I trusted God, took the leap, and on February 2, 2002, my sister married the love of her life.
That moment changed everything.
Fast forward to 2026—25 years later, and 15 of those years as the proud founder of Pristine Events of South Florida. What began with one act of faith has grown into a beautiful journey of planning and coordinating weddings and events.
My greatest strength in this business isn’t just experience, it’s my faith. God is the true CEO of my company. He is my foundation and my rock. Without His guidance, I know I wouldn’t be where I am today.
My team and I work with excellence, grace under pressure, and genuine love for every client. We take the time to learn each couple’s story and bring it to life through personalized, meaningful events.
More than planning weddings, we bring faith, love, peace, and joy into every celebration. We stand firm in our beliefs and strive to serve others with integrity and purpose.
Every event we plan is close to our hearts, and we are truly blessed for every client who has trusted us since 2002.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
This journey hasn’t been easy. There have been many challenges, bumps in the road, and moments when I’ve wondered if I should give up and choose a different path.
Alongside being an entrepreneur, I’m also a stay-at-home and homeschooling mom of two, one in middle school and one in high school. As the years go by, the work feels different too: longer days, 13+ hours on my feet, and a lot of physical and emotional energy poured into every event.
But through every high and low, every valley and mountaintop, God has carried me. By His grace and through His hands, He continues to strengthen me and keep me going.
Around here, we call it Kingdom work, planting seeds on earth for a greater purpose in Christ.
I don’t just believe in God, I follow Him. And when I am weak, He makes me strong. Every challenge and trial has only taught me to stand firmer, push forward, and keep fighting the good fight.
I am never alone. I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. Philippians 4:13.
