Design Capital Holdings was born from a shared desire to support the Latino community in Central Texas in one of the most important investments of their lives: their home and real estate assets. Three unique perspectives on architecture in the context of Austin came together, creating a melting pot of expertise to better serve the community.
Arturo, with extensive experience in architectural project development and construction management in the area, provides the solid foundation needed to craft tailored solutions for every client. Itza, specializing in interior design, brings a vibrant touch and her vast experience from Guadalajara, shaping unique and personalized spaces. Yanina, with a strong background in Santa Fe, Argentina, leads the conceptualization and architectural development of each project.
Together, we form a team that blends our diverse experiences to offer a comprehensive solution, ensuring that every client feels confident in their investment and achieves the results they envision.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No path is easy to walk. Along the way, we’ve faced challenges that have shaped our approach and strengthened our commitment to excellence. We’ve had to make difficult decisions, such as advising a client against purchasing a lot that wasn’t the best fit for their vision, even if it meant walking away from the project.
In many renovation projects, our priority is delivering a high level of execution quality, which is reflected in our premium fees. This commitment has led to losing potential clients who focus solely on cost. Others don’t anticipate that architectural services—project development, city permits, and structural engineering—come as an additional investment beyond their initial expectations.
Despite these hurdles, we remain dedicated to offering a comprehensive, high-quality service that ensures each client’s investment is secure and their vision is fully realized.
