Meet Brianna Antonetti of Aesthetic Street Marketing & Design

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brianna Antonetti.

Hi Brianna, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My path into marketing and building my small business wasn’t linear, it was something I discovered by paying attention to what consistently pulled me in.

I originally began in the beauty industry through cosmetology. I was drawn to it because I’ve always been creative and detail-oriented, but I quickly realized that while I loved the industry, I didn’t necessarily love performing the services. What I found myself more interested in was how businesses presented themselves; the branding, the experience clients had before they ever sat in the chair, and the way communication affected confidence and trust. After discovering that, it led me into the dental field.

While working in a patient-facing role in dentistry, I was hired for customer service and sales, but I naturally started helping with organization, materials, and presentation. The practice began asking me to assist with marketing pieces, patient education documents, and internal branding. I didn’t formally hold a marketing title at the time, but I was constantly creating brochures, visuals, and systems to help patients better understand what they were walking into. That’s when something clicked for me. I realized I loved translating complex information into something clear, calming, and approachable.

I decided to pursue that interest seriously and enrolled in the New York Institute of Art and Design, where I studied graphic design and visual communication. That education gave structure to something I had been doing instinctively, I began to understand how layout, color, messaging, and psychology all influence how people feel about a business.

I wanted to be fully immersed in the creative and marketing space, and I found my way back into a familiar world: aesthetics. I joined a plastic surgery center in California and immediately knew I had found the right fit. The work combined everything I was drawn to; creativity, strategy, patient communication, and a highly detail-driven environment. I began spearheading their social media and digital presence, and I saw firsthand how powerful thoughtful communication could be. Patients were often nervous, overwhelmed, and making deeply personal decisions, and when information was presented clearly and honestly, you could actually see their confidence change.

After a couple years, I moved to Texas for a lifestyle change. I had technically created Aesthetic Street Marketing & Design years earlier while I was in design school, but it existed more as an idea than a launched company. About a year after living in Texas, I began noticing a real need, many businesses, especially in aesthetics, were excellent at what they did but struggled to communicate it online in a way that felt professional and human. That’s when I officially launched. Many people think I built the name “Aesthetic Street Marketing & Design” because of the aesthetics industry, but that was just a coincidence, I created that name on creating aesthetic visuals, branding, photography, etc.

What I love most about my work is that I’m often in the background. I enjoy building the systems, the messaging, and the visuals that allow a business to grow while the provider stays focused on their craft. Marketing, especially in medical aesthetics, isn’t just about advertising. It’s about creating emotional reassurance and clarity. When done well, patients feel comfortable before they even walk through the door.

I still work closely within plastic surgery and aesthetics because it’s a field where attention to detail matters tremendously, and I have learned much of the terms and verbiage. At the same time, I’m expanding into other industries because the core principle remains the same: people don’t just choose businesses based on services; they choose based on how a brand makes them feel and the value it can bring to their lives.

Aesthetic Street Marketing & Design grew from a simple realization, good businesses often struggle not because of lack of skill, but because they don’t know how to communicate their value. My role is to help translate that value into something people can understand, trust, and connect with, and seeing that transformation happen in real time is what keeps me passionate about the work.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, and honestly I think that’s what made the business what it is today.

The biggest challenge wasn’t learning design or marketing, it was learning how to value my work. When you’re a creative person, your skills often start as something you naturally do for others. Turning that into a business requires a mindset shift. You’re no longer just helping; you’re building systems, setting boundaries, pricing services, and making decisions that affect both you and your clients.

Another challenge was educating people on what marketing actually is. Many businesses think marketing is posting content or running ads, but real marketing is communication strategy. It’s understanding how people make decisions, what builds trust, and why someone chooses one business over another. Early on, I had to learn how to explain that my work wasn’t just content creation, it was helping businesses be understood.

Moving states added another layer. When I moved to Texas, I was starting over professionally. I didn’t have a built-in network or reputation yet, so I relied heavily on putting myself out there, building relationships, and consistency. That period taught me patience and forced me to become more confident in introducing myself and my services.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Aesthetic Street Marketing & Design?
Aesthetic Street Marketing & Design is a full-service creative and marketing small business. I work with businesses that are great at what they do but need help presenting it in a way that feels clear, professional, and engaging to their audience.

I provide marketing strategy, content creation, social media management, advertising creatives, website design, and branding photography. My goal is to make sure every part of a brand (online and offline) feels consistent and intentional. Instead of businesses piecing together multiple vendors, I help them build a cohesive presence where their visuals, messaging, and customer experience all align.

I’m probably most known for my creativity and attention to detail. I enjoy understanding what makes each business unique and then translating that into visuals and storytelling that people connect with. My background in patient-focused environments taught me how important trust and comfort are in decision-making, and I bring that same approach to every industry I work with.

What sets me apart is that I stay very hands-on. I don’t just create a plan and step away, I collaborate with my clients and grow alongside them. I care about the long-term success of the businesses I work with, and I love immersing myself into each business and being behind the scenes helping them evolve and gain confidence in their brand.

What I’m most proud of is seeing businesses start to truly feel like themselves. When a business owner finally feels proud to show their website, post consistently, and confidently talk about what they offer, that’s when real growth happens.

I want people to know that Aesthetic Street Marketing & Design isn’t limited to one field. While my background began in aesthetics and healthcare, my services are built to support small businesses of many kinds. At the end of the day, my work is about helping businesses be seen the way they deserve to be seen.

What makes you happy?
I’m happiest when I’m creating and when I can see something grow because of work done behind the scenes.

I’ve always enjoyed being the person supporting and building rather than being in the spotlight. There’s something really rewarding about helping someone else feel confident in what they’ve built.

I also genuinely love the creative process, taking an idea that only exists in someone’s head and turning it into something real, whether that’s a brand identity, a website, a photoshoot, or a positive online presence. Creativity allows me to solve problems while still being expressive, and every project feels a little different.
