Today we’d like to introduce you to Dae Emanuel.
Dae, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Originally I’m from Virginia Beach,Virginia and have been living in Texas for roughly over two years. I’m an Army Veteran, a phlebotomist, and having been modeling for two years. Within those two years I’ve been signed to an NYC agency and walked NYFW. I’m also a member of the Austin Chapter Haus of Vondutch, better known as ‘Divo Vondutch’.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I would say challenges I’ve been through are finding consistent model jobs and steady income.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
My specialties include commercial modeling and runway. I’m most proud of walking in NYFW in September 2024. What sets me apart from others is I’m my own creative team and I curate my own looks and have an eye for fashion.
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
When I was eight years old I had a Spongebob SquarePants themed birthday party.
