Today we’d like to introduce you to Emily Brandon.
Hi Emily, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I grew up on the property that is now home to The Twelve81, a family owned & operated wedding venue. We took a leap of faith and decided to give our beloved music venue a makeover, turning it into a wedding venue!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
We opened our doors in September 2024 & have hosted over 30 events since then! We are constantly learning, growing & expanding our services. We dove head first into this industry, and have been welcomed with open arms from so many vendors & clients who have trusted us with their special moments!
We’ve been impressed with The Twelve81 Weddings & Events, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The Twelve81 is a venue designed specifically for weddings, with the ability to host any type of event – from birthday parties to baby showers to corporate events – we host it all!
Whether you are dreaming of an all inclusive wedding, a cozy micro wedding, or just a beautiful venue space – we have packages for all of it!
At The Twelve81, we are so much more than a building. We are there for you every step of the way – from the first tour to the last dance. We know planning can feel overwhelming, but we believe it should be fun! We pride ourselves on taking a hands on approach for our clients, to make sure their special moment is celebrated exactly how they’ve envisioned it.
Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
We wouldn’t be where we are without our clients. Especially the ones who were with us from the very beginning! They gave us a chance before we had anything to prove we were capable, and we are forever grateful!
We are also so thankful for all the vendors who welcomed us into the industry & showed us the ropes. Many of them have become like family to us!
