Hi Hutto, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Started this business with love for food and provide unique handmade dishes to customers. Planning, research and permissions took us over and year while we were perfecting our dishes to provide best possible food
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Initially everything looked good but once we stepped into process road looked far away. Faced lots of challenges to get the permits from county to city and launch Mediterranean food in an area with less population that are exposed to such food. People of Hutto and surrounding people owned me like it was their own business
As you know, we’re big fans of Hutto Spice Route. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We are Indo-Mediterranean food truck based in Hutto downtown which serve unique dishes that are not found around. We also specialize in some of the home made dishes which can not be found elsewhere
How do you think about luck?
I believe in Luck and good luck game to me in the form of people again and again and again and I’m thankful for people to make me feel in such a way
