Hi Jeremy, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I didn’t start out with a big master plan to build pools—I started with a strong work ethic and a curiosity for building things the right way. Early on, I was hands-on in the field, learning every part of the process from the ground up. That time taught me not just how pools are built, but how important communication, trust, and craftsmanship are to the overall experience.
As I gained experience, I saw an opportunity to do things differently—more thoughtfully designed projects, higher standards, and a better client experience from start to finish. Over time, that mindset turned into a business focused on quality over quantity, attention to detail, and creating outdoor spaces that truly fit the way people live.
Today, I’m proud of where we’ve landed, but I still approach every project with the same mindset I had at the beginning: stay hands-on, keep learning, and never cut corners. Growth has been important, but maintaining integrity and delivering exceptional results has always come first.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, and I don’t think it ever is if you’re building something worthwhile. Early on, the biggest challenges were learning through experience—making mistakes, adjusting processes, and figuring out how to scale without sacrificing quality. In construction, especially, every decision has real consequences, so there’s not much room for shortcuts.
Another challenge has been navigating growth—finding the right people, managing timelines, and keeping standards high as demand increases. There have also been industry-wide hurdles like labor shortages, supply chain delays, and changing client expectations, all of which force you to adapt quickly.
Looking back, those struggles were essential. They sharpened my perspective, reinforced the importance of systems and communication, and ultimately helped shape the company into what it is today. Every challenge pushed us to improve, and that mindset continues to guide how we operate.
