Hi Kevin, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I have always been into fitness and went to college to swim originally. Post-college, I joined the software world and the yearn for entrepreneurship came too. After living in Sydney, Australia for two years, and I found F45 Training. After acquiring three studios, I have found a new passion in Pilates. Hence opening studios in Mueller and Domain!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not always! Between juggling my full time software sales job, hiring, building, networking, and general visits management, every day is different. But I’d have it no other way!

Vaura Mueller is really an aesthetic showcase. Mirrors on the walls and ceilings provide a unique experience designed to give a full-body, upbeat workout focused on the principles of reformer Pilates.
FS8 Domain is a modern mix of traditional reformer Pilates, yoga, and tone with dumbbells and other strength props. In to 1000s of workouts, there are TVs to guide everyone with the trainer still giving hands-on coaching. It’s an amazing full body workout with so much attention!
F45 South Lamar is a full-body HIIT workout that will also have infrared saunas and cold plunge. We will have full lifting classes and straight-up cardio classes…and everything in between.
