Today we’d like to introduce you to Linda Chevrier.
Hi Linda, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I love what I do. I met Denise Arand and her agency at her Christmas party. I attended a Money 101 event and loved the education so much, I became an agent. I became an Area Vice President in July 2018 and moved to Texas that year. I did not know a soul. I launched my first Wine, Women and Wealth on October 2019 and never looked back.
My mentor, Denise Arand created Wine, Women and Wealth and wrote a book. The book is stories about women meeting our financial leaders and learning the mindset around money. We use books like Badass at our events. In a nutshell, I found my passion. I love educating people on how money works and how to grow and protect their money.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
My biggest challenge has been learning to be a public speaker, so I can convey effective messages. A second challenge is to build a team of leaders who create leaders. There have been bumps in the road, but I have fabulous mentors and coaches to guide me into greatness.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about 5 Rings Financial?
I launched Austin in July and we continue to grow a group of supportive women. I love it when people meet their best friends at our Wine. Women and Wealth. I love building my agency and educating people on wealth.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
My passion and tenacity is the most important. Like all businesses, it takes a lot of rocket fuel to launch a successful agency. And, I think of my client first, always. I believe in the “Go Give Spirit”, giving more than getting.
My other quality is loving my family and pets. I love how my husband and we support each other’s dreams, he is my biggest fan!
I am the Vice President of Room ReDux and I am passionate to help children that have suffered sexual and physical abuse. We give these kids a fresh start. My best friend, Susie Vybiral, is the CEO and has done incredible things in building her organization.
My Dream includes a Non-Profit of my own that will help hard to place pets to live their life out.
