Today we’d like to introduce you to Mareli Garcia.
Hi Mareli, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
We got started with a little hope and a prayer. We are still just starting out and trying to get our foot in the door of a flourishing small business. But we are hoping more and more people find out what we do and what we have to offer and sometimes soon make a name for ourselves. We are locally owned and operated and serve all north, central and south Austin!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
We have hit a few snags but we are working everyday to make things better for the company and for our beloved customers!

We craft and curate handcrafted charcuterie/grazing boards to go! We offer a variety of sizes and accommodate any and all special requests. We also offer catering to all events and specialize in wedding grazing table set ups. What. I think sets us apart from all the rest is that we put so much thought and effort in all that we create, even the smallest items. We have specials and holiday-themed boards almost every month!
Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
I did take a major risk on myself and this company by starting it, having it be a success and leaving my job. Having left my last employer because my company was growing legs and taking off was very scary, and I was definitely afraid of the unknown. But I believe that if you truly want something, you can achieve it with a lot of perseverance.
