Meet Sarah Covington of Austin and San Antonio

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sarah Covington

Sarah, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
How did Pogo Pass get started?
Shane Belliston aimed to develop an annual pass that would allow families to explore a variety of entertainment attractions in their community at a reasonable cost. Belliston formed a partnership with his friends, Mitch Jones and Scott Hyatt, to establish Pogo Pass, which was initially launched in Phoenix, AZ in 2012.

In 2022, I completed my college education and became a parent. I was in search of a job that would allow me to work from home. The following day, Pogo Pass unexpectedly presented itself to me, and I was appointed as their marketing sales manager for the Austin and San Antonio regions. I am passionate about my position at a company that helps families to save money and create memories.

Standing behind an exceptional product that offers exceptional value has been effortless. It has been enjoyable to observe families as they become acquainted with the Pogo Pass and observe their expressions as they state, “This seems too good to be true!”

Although Phoenix was the initial Pogo city, we have expanded to nine locations throughout the United States, including Las Vegas, Dallas Fort Worth, Austin/San Antonio, Houston, Kansas City, Cincinnati, Emerald Coast, and Nashville. It has been amazing to observe the company expand and persist in its mission to assist families in creating memories and venturing outside the home.

At present, our Austin and San Antonio pass provides complimentary admission to over 25 attractions. Including:
Typhoon Texas (1 visit)
Texas Stars (2 games)
Ninja Nation (1 visit)
Austin & San Antonio Aquarium (1 visit each)
Thinkery (1 visit)
San Antonio Zoo (1 visit)
The Rush Fun Park (1 visit)
Main Event (1 visit/ month)
Indigo Play (1 visit)
And so much more!

As we continue to incorporate new attractions, they are grandfathered onto the permits of existing members, thereby enhancing the value of their membership. The passes are available for purchase online for $99.98. However, you can enjoy a 50% discount by using the code “VoyageAustin” at https://www.pogopass.com?affiliate_code=voyageaustin
Begin having FUN today!

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
We have had to find the most effective marketing channels for the pass, as it can be challenging to convey the concept through a brief billboard or commercial.

Through trial and error, we have determined that affiliate marketing is the most effective method of marketing our pass. This approach enables mothers to share this exceptional offer with other mothers. This has helped us expand and develop into new cities, as well as welcome thousands of members to each market.

We are constantly seeking partners who are interested in distributing the Pogo Pass in their cities, and we pride ourselves on our affiliate marketing program. Potential affiliates may obtain additional information by contacting us at Sarah@pogopass.com.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I oversee a sales team in Austin and San Antonio, in addition to specializing in content creation and social media. I am proud of the sales team I have created, which is comprised of exceptional women.

As mothers, we understand the necessity for affordable entertainment and collaborate to help the company grow. As a sales team, we are consistently seeking additional mothers who are interested in a flexible work-from-home opportunity.
