Today we’d like to introduce you to Tah and Kole Whitty.
Hi Tah and Kole, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Tah Whitty: I’m Tah…
We have not been addressing the human being as a whole.
Our surface-level healing has slowly started to kill us. We need intimate healing where we address the deepest parts of our physical, mental, and emotional bodies that are causing our health to collapse, our passions to fade, and our happiness to die.
I’VE SEEN IT ALL…
I spent 25 years as a registered nurse, watching the healthcare system create repeat customers instead of fortifying dynamics that truly support long-term wellness for its customers.
Twenty-three of those years were spent in emergency medicine, working the night shift in 12 different hospitals in New York City.
I worked on the front lines saving lives for a long time, and I now dedicate my life to keeping people OUT of the hospital.
I know how it is to live in that faded existence.
I was lost in an abyss of self-loathing and sadness. It was a habit that I didn’t know how to break.
People call me the “Done Dude”… because when they’re done living a life that is missing ease, passion, fun, and wholeness, they call me in to support them in ways they have never been supported before.
As a Psychedelic Integration Coach, a nurse, and a personal trainer, I’ve helped thousands of health experts, physicians, and 8-figure life coaches transition into an optimized, INTIMATE, human lifestyle where their senses are sharp and unclouded by life’s toxins and stress overload.
They feel amazing!
Their bodies feel amazing.
And they’re doing amazing things in the world.
I’m here to shake things up.
I am here to wake people up to the idea that they have more options than they have been offered – often with limitations and restrictions.
I am here to speak for those who have not had a voice. I advocate for psychedelic expansion and safety in psychedelic experience and integration.
INTEGRATION IS NOT OPTIONAL.
I am here to fortify the Psychedelic Integration Movement with a flawless process of integration that is changing thousands and soon to be millions of lives!
Kole Whitty: We can’t out-run or out-perform the truths we have buried in our bodies anymore.
The pain and trauma demand our attention – and when you truly become aware and listen, you can integrate yourself into a new way of life, health, and happiness.
I KNOW BECAUSE I’VE BEEN THERE… At 17, I was in a coma for a drug overdose.
I lived the “once an addict, always an addict” model, which is how I saw how limiting it was for myself and so many others.
I tried to make up for everything I felt I wasn’t. I competed for the title of Miss Utah Teen USA 2001 and won, which positioned me as the poster child for the DARE program and Partnership For A Drug-Free America.
I became THE voice for substance abuse education, speaking around the world on TV, on news stations, at military conferences, and in universities and schools all over the country; at the height of it, answering hundreds of emails every day, preaching “once an addict, always an addict,” and doing my best to console families who were hurting from the abuse of substances.
I was raised Mormon in Utah, so that came with a whole other layer.
I carried the world on my shoulders – until I was in so much physical pain that I sat down and couldn’t get back up while walking around Disneyland in 2007…
I realized I couldn’t take another step in the shoes of the woman I was.
The woman who was driven by guilt, shame, and a drive to try to make up for everything I felt I had ever done wrong.
It was then that I cried out to God for help, for some sign or support – because at 26, the pain was overwhelming.
I got what I asked for, not how I thought… and it was terrifying.
I could never have guessed that I would be so committed to ushering in the new wave of human optimization and evolution THROUGH power plants and master mycelium.
I’m not just here to help usher in new ways of healing.
I’m here to disrupt the entire health and wellness system – for burned-out practitioners who are trading dollars for hours or have too many 1:1 interactions AND for the clients who leave sessions hopeless, helpless, and without real-life support.
I am here to set the standard for the psychedelic industry (through our signature 4 IN process) for those committed to walking the walk as a divine articulation of these influential teachers.
Integration. Is. Not. Optional.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
80s grew up in the crack of the ’80s in Brooklyn and became a Nurse at 20 years old. He has worked in 12 hospitals in NYC, mostly emergency and all nights… he was slashed on a bus, his house burned down and he broke his back in 2013, which despite him to psychedelics, in spite of a hefty fear of substances due to his medical training over his 25 years clinically. He had also been diagnosed with a degenerative condition and was told he would be blind by 40…he turns 51 this year.
As far as Kole, being raised Mormon in Utah didn’t leave any resources when her trauma started young and by her 17th birthday was in a coma from drugs, living on her own, and dropped out of school. By 18, she was Miss Utah Teen 2001, a spokesperson for DARE and The Partnership for a drug-free America, and spoke worldwide on national and international stages on the dangers of club drugs. She moved in NYC for a management deal at 19 and hasn’t spent much time leading a “typical” life since.
For both Tah and Kole, they had reached reach levels of desperation that led them to power plants and psychedelics and because of each of their stories and how it impacted their life became facilitators and now educators and psychedelics become more mainstream. Tah and Kole’s experience is what makes their Psychedelic Informed Coach certification unique. A perfect blend of mysticism and science.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Tah and Kole host The Psychedelic Coach Podcast and are co-creators of The Condor Approach, a psychedelic-informed certification for therapists, physicians, life coaches, and health experts. Practitioners flock to them after seeing the research, documentaries, and even the University of Texa’s new research division. The potential these master plants and fungi have for moving humanity forward in mental and physical well-being can not be ignored, and Tah and Kole are committed to building business structures that are contribution driven and are examples of reciprocity to indigenous communities.
The Condor Approach certification focuses on a clear framework of how psychedelics work in the body – and how it impacts the psyche.
What integration is and how to apply the teachings into everyday life for clients who may be utilizing plant medicines and psychedelics in Peru, Costa Rica, or the US and are searching for more integration support.
What sets Tah and Kole apart is that their model unifies the practitioners/coaches and helps them recognize that any interaction that doesn’t feed them depletes them, so how they spend their time as a practitioner and the way they facilitate transformation IS the difference of walking the walk in humanity’s awakening and living to see the impact.
Whether a therapist, healthcare professional, biohacker, life coach, or someone who has been deeply impacted by the possibilities in the psychedelic space, having a transparent system means MORE lives changed in a fraction of the time and lasting resources for the psychedelic-informed practitioner.
Using The Condor Approach shows how to support and integrate truly life-changing healing experiences – creating safety, accessibility, and sovereignty for clients will support the indigenous people that Tah and Kole have been blessed to call mentors.
The Condor Approach introduces you to a profound self-awareness in the biosystems that allow deeper healing. It creates lasting transformation through deep integration of all aspects of a person’s life because psychedelics are NOT a magic pill. It is not for everyone.
Tah and Kole believe that their coaching model is the new standard for care while teaching sovereignty and self-responsibility.
They are changing the world by showing more people how to trust their inner guidance while translating their body’s unique language as they integrate all their experiences (including their psychedelic ones) into their lives.
From documentaries to top podcasts, Tah and Kole have stepped forward as psychedelic coaches asking that more coaches take radical responsibility by becoming psychedelic informed as mental health crashes, suicides climb, and desperation drives tens of thousands to work with these substances with dangerous expectations.
They are not condoning any illegal behavior. They are here to let those seeking support know that it is here and that movement is making waves because
Integration
Is.
Not.
Optional.
But the results and how we support those who need it….is.
Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
For those just seeking out the power of these plants, fungi, and spiritual molecules… Ask Questions if you explore this route with a ketamine clinician, a shaman, or a therapist. Where did they study? How did they learn what they were doing? What can you anticipate from working with them? What is included? What is their integration process like? What do you do if you need additional support? Do they have anyone medically trained? How do they recommend you eat or prepare?
The critical thing is to listen to your body. Even if your fear is holding you back, never give your power away to anyone outside of yourself or be pressured into a higher dose, more often for any duration. As you speak to any person or practitioner, who do you FEEL about the answers they give you? Do you trust your physical, mental, spiritual, and financial health is safe with them?
If you are unsure. IT IS A NO. Keep asking questions, do your research, follow groups like Veterans Walk and Talk, Ancestor Project, MAPS, Negus In Natures, Decriminalize Nature, Cosmic Sister, La Vida Devine Retreats in Ecuador, and read material beyond the narrative of white, male, science. A lot is being said that many aren’t seeing bc they are not diversifying their sources.
And lastly, learn what integration is, why it is essential and how we can all support safety, accessibility, and reciprocity in this expansion potential for humanity.
