Today we’d like to introduce you to Gabby Gerstner.
Hi Gabby, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
GibzMedia started with a simple goal: help good people show up online without losing what makes them real.
What began as favors for friends — social media cleanups, wedding videos edited in hotel rooms, real estate content built on the go — became something bigger. I approached it like any serious craft: with consistency, curiosity, and a deep respect for the people I was helping.
Over time, I saw that the real value wasn’t in the videos or graphics. It was in guiding people to feel confident and clear in how they show up online. Because when you trust the way you’re represented, people trust you back.
Today, GibzMedia supports agents, creators, and entrepreneurs who want to lead with integrity and communicate with purpose. I use smart strategy, a bit of AI, and a whole lot of know-how to help you create content that actually builds relationships — not just reach.
I’m not chasing trends. I’m building tools that help you stay relevant, respected, and ready for what’s next.
In the end, digital presence is just modern hospitality — it’s how you show people who you are before they even shake your hand.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Fighting the myth that social media is optional in a world where attention is the currency.
Too often, I’d hear agents ask for more leads, while their last five clients were out there liking vacation photos — not reading their latest market update.
At its worst? Social media was being treated like a megaphone. Cold. Pushy. All pitch, no presence.
That’s when I realized the problem wasn’t strategy — it was the story.
People didn’t need another crash course in algorithms or brand pillars.
They needed to understand how connection works.
So I started saying this:
“Your online presence is like making tea.”
80% is the hot water — your personal content.
That’s what creates warmth. Story. Trust. It’s why people stick around.
20% is the tea bag — your offer.
That’s the expertise, the product, the thing you’re selling.
And if you’re only showing up with the offer?
You’re dropping a tea bag in cold water.
No warmth. No flavor. No results.
People don’t buy because you’re selling.
They buy because they feel something.
That’s what I do at GibzMedia:
I help agents and business owners warm the water — so when it’s time to make the pitch, it brews into something that actually lands.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
At GibzMedia, I don’t just dabble in AI — I’ve woven it into the fabric of how I work.
It’s not a gimmick or a trend. It’s a tool — one that helps us work smarter, move faster, and stay focused on what matters most: telling a story with meaning.
I’ve always led with creativity. But in today’s world, running a business means wearing a dozen hats. With AI, I don’t have to choose between quality and capacity. I can be the director, the writer, the editor, the strategist — and still show up with consistency and heart.
Without it, this would be a one-person balancing act. With it, I’m operating like a well-oiled team.
We’re standing in a rare moment in history — the early days of a new kind of creative economy. And instead of resisting it, I’m leaning in, using these tools with intention, not just for speed, but for clarity.
I often tell other business owners this:
AI is a sword. Yes, it’s sharp. Yes, it’s powerful. But like any tool — it’s only as good as the hand that wields it.
At GibzMedia, I use that edge to protect your time, refine your message, and keep your content aligned with your values.
I’m not here to cut corners — I’m here to cut through the clutter.
Because at the end of the day, AI doesn’t replace the human touch. It protects it. It amplifies it. And when used right, it makes sure your story stands the test of time.
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What brings me joy is building bridges — creating not to impress, but to connect with real people in real ways.
I know a piece of content has done its job when someone feels it — when it lands.
A message, a chuckle, a “that’s exactly it.”
That’s not luck. That’s precision. That’s care. That’s craft.
My best work happens when ideas flow freely.
When I’m in the zone — part researcher, part artist — blending strategy with style, like seasoning in a well-used kitchen. Thoughtful. Bold. Intentional.
I thrive on:
A metaphor that sticks.
A sentence that makes someone feel like they belong.
Making big, intimidating ideas feel approachable — maybe even a little charming.
And at my best? I’m not boxed in.
Not just the smart one. Not just the creative.
Not just business-minded or emotionally aware.
But whole.
The woman who carries both the sword and the tea set —
ready to lead, but just as ready to welcome you in.
