Today we’d like to introduce you to Maria Queen Martinez
Hi Maria Queen, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I was born in Fort Worth Texas; we moved to Austin when I was five years old. My mother and father split up shortly after. Major events happened at this time that seems to set in motion my drive for what was to come next for me. My parents separated, grew up in Mason Manor in East Austin till we moved to Haskell St in 78702, Stayed there and had major life events happen. I attended 11 different schools during my childhood and did not graduate, I received my GED form Gary Job Corps where I did a 9-month program in 5 months. I should have known then I was different, but I still had no clue. I have experienced war to bliss depending on the time span in my life. because of my childhood I decided a long time ago I wanted a normal Life for my children once I had some. I married in 2004 and had my oldest when I was 21 years old, I had 4 other children with my soon to be ex-husband. What happened in my childhood that mad sure stayed home and researched the most was what my mother did when my father left was make the next-door neighbor son who was 15 years old at the time my stepdad. that experience is what made me decide to keep my ass at home and to take care of my family in a way that my kids would not experience anything I had when I grew up. Well, my soon to be husband managed to put us through something worse, I am trying to get my kids out of a situation that effects a lot of kids. But yeah, it drives my research today and had not happen yet until I released the ingredients to the Jab. and origins. I was recruited to the 17% shortly after. My grandfather left me some money, where my family committed fraud to steal it , tried to take me out for it. its still happening to this day.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
