Rising Stars: Meet Nick Molini

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nick Molini.

Hi Nick, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
During 2014, I was inspired to start doing gaming content. Somewhere down that path discovered the life of Vlogging, Cinematography and Music Videos. I would always ask myself, “how did they do that?”. When I graduated, I didn’t know what I wanted to do with my life, didn’t want to go to college, wasn’t interested in chasing a career that I wasn’t going to be happy with. When I got a camera for Christmas in 2016, it all started from there, began doing Vlogs and funny mini-movies. As my learning progressed, so did my passion for Film and Videography. Inspired by creators such as Morty Zapata, Sam Kolder, SpamSubie and many more, I started shooting automotive businesses and even helping others grow. It didn’t become official until 2020 when I started my own media business “MolinisMedia” it’s still a path being built. It has taking me so many places and even let me help other businesses and creators such as EVSmokeATX, Pro-Luxe Automotive Detailing and BarrioBuildz. This journey is still ongoing, if it wasn’t for the people who supported me and helped me along the way, I wouldn’t be where I’m at today. Still learning something new everyday.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
In the beginning, it was a lot to take in, learn and experience. As you keep going, it starts becoming a habit that doesn’t go away. Operating a business was the hardest part, it’s my first business I’ve ever started. Learning how to manage clients, what gear I need and what would appeal to the future clients. But I thought, why should I stress? I decided to just have fun with it, keep creating and I’ll learn as I go.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Videographer from ATX, creating new videos for businesses, automotive and even for myself. It lets me create and manage my own projects. It makes me so happy I was able to show my work and even make it a business, I’m hoping to just inspire others to have fun, film and create with no limits.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Being humble, knowing that I’m not the best or better than any other creators. Everyone has their own style and gift.
