Hi Niyati, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
When word doesn’t express, things you can’t explain, art represents your Soul!!” ….. My secret of success is my art – where I flow and pour my feelings! Art is always been my Passion and Love. I like any form of art and baking is one of many. My journey goes back to 2008 by started baking for my friends and my hubbies’ colleagues. Learned cake art basics and slowly evolve into what I’m now!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
When you want to create something unique, you will surely face some challenges. Coming from India, I always wanted to bring Indian flavors to art of baking. Getting all ingredients to make the right flavor is very challenging as you don’t find it easily here in USA and will make you try different combinations to make it right. Countless experiments and patience are what made my flavors possible. This is what MithashCake is all about… striking the perfect balance between both flavors and art! It is my firm belief that if there is a will there is a way. Keep motivating yourself each day no matter how much people will judge from their perspective. Critics are good and are always welcomed… as they not only help me get better but also encourage to do my best in finding new delicacies for my customers. MithashCake is all about being best to make each and every moment of yours Mesmerized!

It was my honor when I got a chance to make cakes for some known personalities. The most thrilling moment came when made a cake for Micheline Chef Vikas Khanna. Other proud moments came when designed cakes for famous Bollywood singer Shaan and for Art Of Living Singer Vikram Hazara. ~Also got an opportunity to promote United States’ Census Counting initiative for the community by my cake art. ~ My cakes also got featured in Gandhinagar Diaries (Leading social group of my hometown Gandhinagar, Gujarat) and Satin Ice (Leading brand in Baking, USA).
