Story & Lesson Highlights with Snowy Rodeo

We recently had the chance to connect with Snowy Rodeo and have shared our conversation below.

Good morning Snowy, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
Before the world rushes in, I carve out space to return to me. I begin with slow, intentional rituals—brewing a warm cup of tea, stepping outside to greet the Earth, and letting nature remind me how to move gently and with purpose.

I walk. I breathe. I listen.

Back home, I sit with my oracle cards, allowing Spirit to speak through symbols and silence. The messages that come through guide my heart and set the tone for the day. I journal whatever wants to move through—dreams, insights, emotions, prayers.

This practice isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence.
About creating space to align before I begin to give.
About remembering that my energy is sacred.

This is how I root in before I rise. 🌿🔮

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Snowy Rodeo ✨
Psychic Medium & Founder of Psychic Yoga and Sound

I hold sacred space for those seeking deeper alignment, healing, and intuitive connection. Through a blend of gentle yoga, sound healing, Reiki, and intuitive tarot readings, I guide others back to the wisdom within.

My work weaves together energy, movement, and spirit—creating experiences that ground, awaken, and transform. Whether you’re looking to clear your energy, receive divine insight, or simply reconnect with your body and breath, I’m here to support your journey with presence, compassion, and trust in the unseen.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
Grief is a force that reshapes everything. When my mom passed in 2023, it felt like the world cracked open—and with it, the invisible threads that once connected me to others began to unravel.

Grief can break bonds. Not out of blame, but because it changes you. It asks you to sit in silence when others want noise. It asks you to pull away, to cocoon, to feel everything when the world often wants you to move on. I found that relationships that once felt easy became strained. People didn’t know what to say, and I didn’t know how to explain the ache that lived in my chest.

But grief also has the power to restore.

Over time, I began to see how grief softened me—made me more tender, more present, more attuned to what really matters. It taught me to listen with my heart and to recognize the sacred in everyday moments.

Losing my mom changed my path, but it also deepened my gifts. She’s still with me—in my dreams, in the wind, in the quiet knowing that comes when I read cards or channel healing energy.

Grief became the gateway to remembering who I really am. And in that remembrance, I’ve been able to rebuild connection—not just with others, but with myself and Spirit.

If you’re grieving, know this: the pain is real, but so is the transformation. Let it move through you. Let it teach you. Let it lead you gently back to love.

You’re not broken—you’re becoming.

When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
There came a point in my journey where I stopped hiding my pain.

I stopped pretending I was “okay” just to make others comfortable. I stopped bypassing my own grief to stay strong, spiritual, or put together. Instead, I let myself feel—messy, raw, honest emotion. And in that surrender, I found my power.

Something shifted when I allowed myself to be fully seen, exactly as I was. Not the healer with all the answers. Not the spiritual guide holding it all together. Just me—a human navigating loss, love, and the unknown.

What I discovered was this: my authenticity was the medicine.

It didn’t push people away—it brought them closer. When I stopped trying to fix everything for others and simply listened, really listened, I felt something sacred open up. A deeper connection. A shared humanity. A space where healing didn’t need to be forced—just witnessed.

Being present with someone in their truth, without judgment or agenda, is one of the most powerful things we can offer. I learned that by being present with myself first.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Where are smart people getting it totally wrong today?
What smart people often get wrong about the holistic + psychic world:

They try to understand it instead of feel it.
They want logic where spirit speaks in energy.
They look for proof when the truth is in presence.

Psychic work isn’t about predicting the future—it’s about tuning into deeper layers of healing, intuition, and connection.
And holistic healing isn’t about fixing—it’s about remembering who you really are.

The mind is powerful, but wisdom lives in the body, the heart, and the soul.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What do you think people will most misunderstand about your legacy?
What people may misunderstand about my legacy is thinking it was just about tarot, sound healing, or yoga.

But the real impact was in the energy I held—the way I made people feel seen, safe, and connected to their truth.

My legacy isn’t in what I did—it’s in how I helped others remember who they really are.
