Exploring Life & Business with Elena Isoldi Medici of 360 Impact Coaching

Today we’d like to introduce you to Elena Isoldi Medici.

Hi Elena, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My story began with my struggle.

Over ten years ago, after five years of trying to get a diagnosis for my numerous symptoms, I was finally diagnosed with hypothyroidism, pituitary adenoma (tumor), and infertility.

My doctor gave me a couple of prescriptions and sent me on my way, giving her zero hope to heal myself. In his words, these three conditions and over 20 symptoms were going to be my new norm. And my symptoms were very severe: depression, infertility, weight gain, hair loss, joint pain, brain fog, fatigue, and so much more. They affected every area of my life.

I knew that taking medicine was not going to give me my health back. My doctor said as much. So, I refused to agree to spend the rest of my life struggling. I actually told him that I would find a way to heal myself and would come back to tell him.

I wanted my health back. And I wanted it done naturally. So, I went into research mode. I spent day and night researching, testing, trying things, and getting health education.

Within 12 months, I reversed hypothyroidism.

I lost 50 lbs, the symptoms were gone, and I was back to being myself– full of energy, happy to throw off the covers in the morning and enjoy the life I was building.

With a little more work, I reversed the symptoms of pituitary tumor and…

Everyone wanted to know what I did and how I did it, so I began a blog. I got my health education. And before I knew it, I was contacted by women and men from all over the world. They wanted to know my magic sauce.

I went back to the doctor who diagnosed me. He could not believe what I had achieved. But creating what some would call a miracle, I decided that I wanted to tell the whole world that they could do the same.

Slowly, as more and more people contacted me, I went from blogging to offering nutrition courses and selling ebooks to growing my business into full-time health and life-coaching enterprise.

To date, I’ve served clients from over 33 countries. I’ve helped women and men resolve health conditions such as Hashimoto’s, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Grave’s disease, Thyroid Eye Disease, endometriosis, infertility, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Sjogren’s, leaky gut, and so much more. And most of my clients are always looking to lose weight too, so I show them how to do it effortlessly.

The goal of what I created is simplicity, a natural approach, and permanency because this is how health should be. And I am happy to report that I average a 98%+ success rate with thyroid, hormone, and autoimmune disorder reversal, and over 80% with resolving infertility with my clients in the first 12 months of them implementing my method!

The stories I hear and the lives I change make all the hard work worth it.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Entrepreneurship is NEVER a smooth road. I wish it was. I like to say that I became an overnight success with ten years in the making. When I started off, I was broke – I did not know how to run a business. But I spent enough time in the School of Hard Knocks to learn a thing or two to take my business to earning multiple six figures annually.

I had to learn the rules of the game, the laws and regulations as they pertain to my industry. Spending thousands of hours on education, and even more when it comes to monetary investment.

I learned quite a bit along the way: designing a website, coding, photography, videography (these are the easy ones); social media, marketing, sales, advertising, hiring, training, managing, recruiting, and making my clients happy and retaining them.

I had to learn how to value my knowledge and how to charge what I was worth. This alone was a huge mental jump for me because let’s be honest, most of us do not know how to translate our worth to others.

And here’s the part of entrepreneurship we do not talk enough about – it gets lonely sometimes. I work globally, so my office is in my house. I do not get the same interactions as most people would in the workplace. Another aspect of this is that entrepreneurs are a special species. Our families do not always get us, and they cannot comprehend the risks we take or the investments we make. So, I learned to be proactive to create a like-minded community around myself.

And shall we talk about the ups and the downs of advertising? Especially if you ever used Facebook? Their algorithm changes several times a year. What works one day does not work the next. So, they keep me on my toes, always looking for ways to stay ahead of the curve.

However, the longer I run my businesses, the more I learn to be innovative and resilient. I learned to focus on one thing at a time. I learned that I can never have a balanced life, and frankly, no one can. There are moments when I am fully in balance with being a mother, and there are moments when I am fully in balance with being a boss, a coach, and a business owner, but not all at the same time. So, I learned to be gracious toward myself. To keep remembering that this is a marathon, not a sprint.

The thing that keeps me going is seeing my clients’ results. I get to change people’s lives! I get to make couples happy when they conceive because of the work we did. I get to see women thrive in their roles after their hormones are balanced. I see them live out their dreams, create businesses, rekindle love and romance with their partners, and become fully engaged in their lives. This keeps me going.

And, of course, having the ability to work from home affords me more time with my daughter – the very reason I started this journey.

I do not think that having a smooth road is ever in the cards for business owners. We ebb, flow, and adjust to everything the economy, regulations, tax codes, and ever-changing social media platforms throw at us.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a Master Health & Life Coach

I help women reverse thyroid, hormone, and autoimmune disorders naturally.

Rather than focusing on difficult protocols, tinctures, and supplements, I start by identifying the root cause of their illnesses, then I create a holistic plan to address each. The root causes are as diverse as the women I help. Anything from poor nutrition to genetic mutations, deficiencies, trauma, stress, toxicity, medical procedures, medications, even beauty treatments, and so much more. Most of the things that most health practitioners do not even know to consider. This is the reason I have such a high success rate – I treat each individual as an individual. No one size fits all plans here!

I am so proud that I can help my clients achieve their health goals in records time. Even if they suffered for 5, 10, 15, or 25 years most can get their lives back on track in 6-9 months. That’s what they call a miracle. 🙂

I bring my clients into one of my flagship programs called 360° Impact Health. Once I onboard them, I use nutrition, trauma release, neuroscience, quantum healing, epigenetics, mindset, and mindfulness techniques along with a few other tools to help them achieve 100% health.

I help my clients create a dialogue with their medical health provider that puts them in control of their lives. They go from feeling like victims to becoming their own empowered advocates. And there’s nothing like an empowered woman.

Once we get health problems out of the way, we focus on the fun stuff – creating a vision for their lives, setting new goals, creating a new identity, since many lose themselves in their illnesses. Many of my clients go on to become coaches, start businesses, write books, but most importantly, they rediscover who they are as individuals. They teach others how to treat them. They create blossoming relationships with their children and their partners. And they no longer live in fear of getting worse and missing out on their lives. Because that is what sickness does to people – it steals their present and their future.

In 2021, seeing that many struggled financially due to COVID shutdowns, I also released my own app. It is called 360° Life. This gave an opportunity for so many women to get the help they needed while they were stuck at home. I created a community where they get accountability and support, nutrition education, recipes, meal plans, education, and where they can draw on my expertise every single day.

And I can tell you that I am not done yet! I am working on my book CURABLE to help even more.

What does success mean to you?
I do not think there is one way to define success, so I will tell you how I see it for myself.

Success is when I am happy to wake up in the morning to do the work I do.

Success is when I can take time off to be with my daughter and see her smile.

Success is when my clients exceed their own expectations.

Success is building financial freedom for my family.

Success is ongoing growth.

Success is helping others.

Success is learning to value yourself and to overcome your own limiting beliefs.

Success is knowing when to slow down and when to work hard.

Success is living each day with a smile on my face, even if it is through tears.

Success is creating myself in the image I have in my heart that makes me fall in love with myself.

Success is failing miserably but having the strength to get up and try again…and again…and again.

Success is knowing that I would squeeze all the juice out of my life and when I am on my deathbed, I will have no regrets, even if my life was messy.
