Hi Fai, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What’s the most surprising thing you’ve learned about your customers?
This is a matter if I need to have authority or friendly attitude in my encounter to them… so I need to decide on my stance first….
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Fai Chan. I am a clinical aromatherapist with published research and peer reviewed papers. My company name is Deli Aroma LLC, which is an award winning company and I am an award winning researcher too. I have a clinical to delve into the depth of holistic healing or integrative protocols and I also have retail business for self care products. So people can combine these two based on their budget to achieve a better and desirable results.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
I think either the Universe or an astrologer saw me clearly before I could see yourself.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Before the age of 40, I always like to give up easily as I was not perseverance enough to see the results that could happen. When I passed 40, I started to notice that success is persistently meeting the goals not just wow the world like a flash of lightning and disappeared.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Is the public version of you the real you?
I need to be frank…. Definitely not… as we are human beings that have emotion.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I wanted people to remember me as that I always walk behind the universe and that just like Ruth that I am there to pick up leftovers…..
