Ayomide Olujimi of Dubai on Life, Lessons & Legacy

We recently had the chance to connect with Ayomide Olujimi and have shared our conversation below.

Ayomide , a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
The first thing i look out for in a person is Energy, your vibe will determine how far we will go in a conversation or friendship, with time i will get to know if you are intelligent or not and when it comes to business, i look our for integrity.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
At Ceezar Empire, we believe in the power of art to inspire, evoke emotions, and ignite imagination. Our passion lies in creating captivating odyssey to leave a lasting impression. Every stroke made by the Ceezar Empire is more than just a brush on a platform
– It’s a story waiting to be told.
From vibrant paintings to intricate murals, each creation is a testament to our creativity.

We are currently working on expanding our network to Dubai.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
For me , i had my deepest reflection of how i see the world during Covid, how the world stood still, it was a trying time but also a learning experience for me, i started CEEZAR EMPIRE immediately after Covid, it was a time for me to look within, to understand who i was , and who i am currently.

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering thought me patience, i learned how to enjoy the slow pace of life, especially when you just started a business, i learned nothing good comes easily, you need to put in the work, and wait for your efforts to grow. I learned the power of waiting.

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What are the biggest lies your industry tells itself?
You have to be old or dead before your art becomes really relevant, I laughed when I realized that trend , it pushes young artists to depression but i refused to fall for that lie, i don’t have to be old or dead before i profit from my creativity as an artist, the world is changing, and we can’t continue in that pattern.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. Could you give everything your best, even if no one ever praised you for it?
Yes i can, that was how i started my art, i gave in my best, nobody believed in me until it started making waves in my city, the secret is in believing in yourself first, stay consistent and watch the universe do her magic.
