Today we’d like to introduce you to Dominique Johnson
Hi Dominique, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My name is Dominique Johnson. I’m originally from Pensacola Florida, however the military life has led me to call Central Tx home. I served ten years on active with the Army, which led me to my current career of Real estate. I have always had an interest in home decor and projects that required improving homes. In the process of purchasing my first home, I had the opportunity to meet an amazing realtor. She provided me with information and was kind to my family during the process. She actually inspired me. I never forgot that experience. In turn, I decided to combine my passion for home decor with real estate and offer the same experience to others. Real estate is something I’m passionate about. For most people, a home purchase is the largest purchase that may make in their life. I strive to provide a memorable and stressful experience for my clients, while providing information.
Outside of Real Estate, I’m a mother to two amazing kids and one fur baby. In my free type. I play sports, create diy projects for my family and travel! Ultimately, it is my desire to own real estate in other states and countries.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No occupation or business can exist without struggles. The real estate market is always up and down,which can be challenging at times but I always remind myself why I got into this business and my long term goals.

I’m a realtor, serving the Central Texas area. I currently specialize in residential homes but I am looking to explore my options in the commercial realm as well. I am most proud of my journey to get to this point, going from a full time service member to a civilian can be challenging for many people. I am thankful for a strong community and the ability to overcome obstacles. It has made me appreciate the opportunity to service others so much more. I think what sets me apart is the experience I provide. No one likes a a pushy salesman and I Pride myself on letting customers know that “ this is their show”. I’m on their side until they are ready to take that leap. I am also MRP (military relocation professional ) certified. This allows me to work with military families in the transition process, which comes natural to me considering that I have had similar experiences during my time in the setvice.
