Today we’d like to introduce you to Evonne Glenn
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Finding my calling has been a journey of faith, growth, and resilience. It all began when I fully surrendered to God and allowed Him to lead the way. I recognized that my own strength and understanding were not enough, and I needed His guidance to find my purpose.
Along the way, I was blessed with a spiritual sister who poured into me, offering wisdom, encouragement, and support. She was a constant reminder to keep pushing, no matter what challenges came my way. Her belief in me helped me tap into the strength I didn’t know I had.
Coming from a past filled with addiction and other trauma, the road was not easy. There were moments of doubt, moments of struggle, but each hardship shaped me into the person I am today. Those experiences, while painful, became the foundation of my strength and determination. They gave me the compassion and drive to help others, knowing that transformation is possible no matter the circumstances.
Today, I’m proud of where I am, and I’m grateful for the lessons that have led me to this point. I know that my calling is to share my story, to help others heal, and to show that with God’s guidance, anything is possible.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road at all. Coming out of addiction and feeling lost in spirit was one of the hardest battles I’ve ever faced. There were times I didn’t know which way to turn. I had hurt so many people along the way that everyone turned their backs on me. They gave up on me, and for a while, I gave up on myself. It felt like I would never escape the dark place I was in.
The biggest struggle was finding the strength to get back on my feet and create a stable life for my family. I was fighting not just to survive but to reclaim my life and prove to myself and others that change was possible. Dealing with CPS to get my kids back was one of the toughest challenges. At the same time, I had to navigate the criminal court system and face my past mistakes head-on.
It wasn’t easy, but each step taught me resilience, patience, and the value of perseverance. Those struggles shaped me into the person I am today and gave me the determination to keep moving forward, no matter how difficult the road may seem.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am the firm manager at Abundantly Anchored Realty & Design, where I oversee operations and support our clients in achieving their goals. I’m proud to have been offered this position by an amazing friend who owns the business, and I’m honored to be part of a firm with such a meaningful mission.
Our firm stands out because we are Christian-based and deeply committed to helping others—not just through business transactions but by encouraging spiritual growth and financial stewardship. We pray for our clients in every aspect of their lives, offering support that goes beyond typical real estate services.
What I’m most proud of is being part of a team that genuinely cares about making a difference. We aim to empower people to build wealth while understanding how to manage it responsibly, all while nurturing their relationship with God. It’s this unique combination of faith, financial guidance, and community care that sets us apart.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
The main person who deserves credit for my journey is God. His guidance, unwavering presence, and love have carried me through every step of this process. I can always depend on Him to be there for me, and His faithfulness is the greatest blessing I’ve ever experienced. Without Him, none of this would be possible.
I also want to thank my family and friends for their constant support. Their positive energy and encouragement have been invaluable. They’ve stood by me, cheered me on, and prayed for me during my toughest moments. Their belief in me, even when I doubted myself, has been a driving force in my success.
I am so grateful to have such a strong and loving support team. Their pushing and praying worked together to help me become who I am today. I couldn’t have done it without them.
