Check Out Harley Hebert’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Harley Hebert.

Hi Harley, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My Name is Harley Hebert. I have been in the hair industry for six years now. I attended Charles and Sues School of Cosmetology in Bryan Texas. I moved to and started working in Cedar Park in 2022. I opened my own independent salon suite, Fane Salon, in February of 2025. Opening my own business has changed my life in ways I cannot imagine. Becoming a business owner at 21 was the most rewarding and toughest thing I’ve been through. I would not change it for the world. My favorite part of being a hairstylist is building relationships with my clients and making them feel like their best selves.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely has not been a smooth road. There have been a lot of blood, sweat, and tears that have gone into opening my business. I would not change a single thing. It’s taught me so much about myself and my work ethic. Being a solo business owner means I always have to be on my A game. It’s made me more motivated, more productive, and made me fall back in love with my career

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Hairstylist

I specialize in blonding, lived in color, extensions, and haircutting.

I would say I’m definitely most known for my blondes and haircuts!

I think what sets me apart is my relationships with my clients. I want everyone to feel like they are hanging out with a friend and catching up while still receiving relaxing luxury services.

What matters most to you?
What matters to me the most is showing up for my clients. Without them, I wouldn’t have my business. Their support, love, and encouragement is what keeps me going every day. As a woman, your hair is such an important part of how you feel about yourself. Knowing that I help women feel beautiful and their most confident is my favorite part of my career.
