Today we’d like to introduce you to Kerry Ann Pearce.
Hi Kerry Ann, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I was born and raised in Montego Bay, Jamaica, where I grew up in a home that valued simplicity and organization. My mom has always been a minimalist, and that mindset shaped the way I view the importance of creating calm, functional spaces.
Before launching Luxxe Organizing LLC, I spent 12 years as a Realtor in Nassau, Bahamas. After moving to Buda, Texas, in 2019, I combined my passion for organization with my experience in real estate to help families create homes that are both beautiful and practical.
Today, Luxxe Organizing helps clients simplify their lives through home organizing, unpacking, and relocation services. It’s been incredibly rewarding to turn a lifelong passion into a business that makes a meaningful difference in people’s everyday lives.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like most entrepreneurs, it definitely hasn’t always been a smooth road. One of the biggest challenges has been finding reliable assistants who share the same level of care and attention to detail that I expect for my clients. Building a consistent client base has also taken time, and there have been seasons where bookings weren’t as steady as I would have liked.
Marketing has been another hurdle, while it’s essential for growing a business, the cost can be significant, especially for a small business. Despite those challenges, I’ve stayed focused, continued to pour into my business, and remained committed to providing exceptional service.
Every obstacle has taught me something valuable and helped me grow both personally and professionally and I love that!
We’ve been impressed with Luxxe Organizing, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At Luxxe Organizing, we believe organization is about more than having a beautiful space, it’s about creating systems that make everyday life easier. We specialize in home organizing, unpacking & packing services for clients who are relocating. We customize solutions tailored to each client’s lifestyle.
What sets us apart is our full service approach. We handle everything from product sourcing and shopping to returns, labeling, and donation drop offs, allowing our clients to enjoy a completely stress free experience from start to finish. Additionally, going through a space can be hard on our clients, so our goal is to connect with them on a personal level as well, try to take their minds off of what’s happening around them. I often talk about travels, what’s their favorite city or country to travel to, what’s their favorite restaurant and so on. That tends to help them relax.
What I’m most proud of is the trust we’ve built with our clients and the impact our work has on their daily lives. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone feel lighter, less overwhelmed, and excited to enjoy their home again. That’s the heart of our brand, to create spaces that bring peace, function, and joy.
Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
My favorite childhood memory is growing up climbing trees with my siblings and friends, going to the beach and waterfalls.
