Community Highlights: Meet Raechal Martin of ReCHARGE by Raechal

Today we’d like to introduce you to Raechal Martin.

Hi Raechal, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m Raechal—founder of ReCHARGE by Raechal, Athletic Trainer turned bodyworker and mama with a passion for helping people return to their normal activities and reclaim their vitality.

My journey began in collegiate athletics, where I worked with high-level athletes and was featured in two seasons of Netflix’s Last Chance U. I loved helping athletes move better, recover faster, and push limits, but I was always drawn to something deeper than injury management. I wanted to help people truly heal. I developed a strong interest in identifying and addressing the root cause of pain, rather than just treating symptoms.

That desire came to life in 2018 when I experienced Electrons Plus—a guided PEMF modality—for the first time. It was a moment of transformation. I felt an internal shift I couldn’t ignore. I saw how this technology could accelerate healing and restore balance in ways I hadn’t experienced before. When I tried to bring the device into the college setting, I was met with resistance. That “no” became a redirection—and the catalyst for stepping into something bigger.

So I created ReCHARGE by Raechal, a name that reflects exactly what I hope to offer: a return to energy, balance, and alignment. My mission was (and still is) to make healing more accessible, more personalized, and more powerful.

What began with Electrons Plus has evolved as I have. Becoming a mother expanded everything for me—my sense of purpose, my intuition, and my approach to care. I became certified in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) and earned Level 2 GOATA coaching credentials. Now, I offer personalized bodywork sessions that blend all three modalities in one aligned, intuitive experience.

I serve athletes of all ages and stages, from young competitors to lifelong movers. I also hold deep space for postpartum mothers navigating physical shifts, emotional transitions, and the journey of coming home to themselves. I’m especially passionate about working with people who are ready to take ownership of their healing, who understand their body is not broken, just waiting to be reconnected.

My purpose is to help people feel better—but more importantly, to empower them to stay that way. Healing isn’t something I do for others; it’s something I walk with them through. I love it when a client no longer needs me. That’s success.

As for what’s next? ReCHARGE by Raechal is growing. I see more clients being helped, more lives impacted, and a future where Electrons Plus practitioners are trained and supported through my platform. Whether it’s expanding into a physical space, traveling for healing intensives, or building a team of aligned practitioners, my vision is rooted in community and impact.

Because healing isn’t a luxury. It’s your birthright.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
One of the biggest obstacles I faced was stepping away from the security of a steady career as an Athletic Trainer to start something completely on my own. It was a leap of faith driven by belief in something I knew worked—Electrons Plus—but I had no roadmap for building a business. Financial challenges, self-doubt, and moments of isolation were very real. I also had to educate people on modalities they’d never heard of, which meant constantly advocating for the work and proving its value.

And then, in the middle of building everything, I found myself navigating pregnancy, running my business while preparing to become a single mother. That season tested every part of me—mentally, physically, emotionally—but it also pushed me to become even more resilient. I had to pivot how I worked, trust my intuition, and build a life that could support both me and my daughter. There were moments I questioned everything, but every breakthrough with a client, every small win, reminded me why I started. Staying true to my purpose through uncertainty has been both the hardest and most rewarding part of the journey.

Reflecting on what has transpired since beginning my business six years ago, I am both humbled and proud. What I have been able to build so far and the obstacles I’ve overcome to build it, fuel what has become even bigger dreams for how to serve others and create a legacy for my family.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about ReCHARGE by Raechal?
ReCHARGE by Raechal is more than a wellness business—it’s a mission rooted in helping people reconnect with their bodies, restore their energy, and move through life pain-free. I specialize in personalized bodywork that blends Electrons Plus PEMF Therapy, Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, and GOATA movement coaching. Each session is tailored to the individual, whether they’re an athlete, a parent, or someone simply looking to feel better in their body.

What sets my work apart is how I integrate these powerful modalities into a single, intuitive approach. I don’t just treat symptoms—I help clients get to the root of their pain, stress, or restriction. My background as a collegiate Athletic Trainer, combined with my deep belief in alternative healing, gives me a unique lens on how to support the body in a holistic way.

I’m proud that my brand has become known for real results, deep connection, and a safe, welcoming space where healing doesn’t feel clinical—it feels personal. I meet people where they are and walk with them through transformation.

What I want readers to know is that ReCHARGE by Raechal was built on both science and soul. It’s a place where cutting-edge healing tools meet heart-led care. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing stress, or simply ready to feel more aligned in your body, my goal is to guide you back to your most vibrant self.

What makes you happy?
What makes me happy is seeing people experience relief, especially when they’ve been living with discomfort for extensive periods. Watching a client walk out in tears from feeling an extremity that’s been numb, or having range of motion after the pain is gone, is what lights me up.

I’m also deeply fulfilled by the life I’m creating for my daughter. Getting to be her mother is a true honor that challenges and sparks so much growth for me. Being present and intentional while building something meaningful makes me proud.

And honestly, growth makes me happy- whether it’s personal or professional. I’ve learned to find joy in the small wins, in the process, and the ability to keep showing up with hope and love.
