Today we’d like to introduce you to Stacie Nicole Haynes.
Hi Stacie Nicole, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My story really began with a search for God and a desire to understand who I was.
I was raised Christian and, throughout my life, explored several different expressions of Christianity. I always had a deep love for God, but I also had questions. I wanted to understand spirituality beyond what I had been taught, and I wanted a relationship with God that felt alive, personal, and rooted in love rather than fear or judgment.
In 2016, my life changed dramatically. I went through a divorce and what I can only describe as a dark night of the soul. So much of the life and identity I had built fell away, and I found myself asking much bigger questions: Who am I? Why am I here? What do I actually believe? What does it mean to live a life that is truly mine?
That search eventually led me to the Modern Mystery School and the ancient tradition and lineage in which I now teach. I initially came to this work for myself. I wasn’t looking for a new career. I was looking for healing, clarity, and a deeper understanding of myself and God.
What I experienced changed the trajectory of my life.
I began receiving ancient spiritual tools and teachings that gave me something I had been searching for for years: practical ways to know myself, work with my own mind and energy, and actively participate in creating my life rather than simply reacting to it.
Over time, my personal path naturally became one of service. I became a Life Activation Practitioner, Healer, Teacher, Ritual Master, and eventually a Certified Spiritual Guide in the lineage of King Salomon.
Interestingly, I built this work alongside my career as a hairstylist. For years, those two worlds existed side by side, and I came to realize they weren’t as different as they appeared. In both, people sit across from me wanting some form of transformation. One may begin externally and the other internally, but both have taught me how powerful it is when someone begins to see themselves differently.
Today, my work is centered around helping people know themselves more deeply, activate more of their potential, and create lives with greater purpose, joy, meaning, and connection to God.
Many of the people who find me aren’t necessarily in crisis. In fact, their lives may look quite successful from the outside. They simply have this persistent feeling that there is more to who they are and more to what they’re here to experience.
I understand that feeling because it was mine, too.
Nearly ten years into this path, I still consider myself a student. The deeper I go, the more wonder I have for God, humanity, and what we are capable of becoming. My work now is about sharing the tools that changed my own life and helping other people discover what becomes possible when they truly begin to know themselves.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but I’ve come to believe that it wasn’t supposed to be.
One of the greatest lessons this path has taught me is that transformation requires us to meet the parts of ourselves we would often rather avoid. Fear, self-doubt, perfectionism, resistance, old beliefs, and the ways we make ourselves smaller can all become very visible when we decide we want something more from our lives.
Building this work has required me to continually work through those things in myself.
For many years, I also built my spiritual practice alongside an established career as a hairstylist. There were seasons when balancing two careers felt incredibly demanding. It would have been much easier at times to stay with what was familiar and comfortable, but I knew there was another part of my purpose asking to be developed.
Another major lesson has been learning boundaries. I naturally care deeply about people and want to help, but I’ve had to learn that serving someone doesn’t mean rescuing them, overextending myself, or doing their work for them. Sometimes the most loving thing we can do is hold a high standard for someone and allow them to rise to meet it.
There have also been periods when I questioned myself, when business was slower than I wanted it to be, or when I wondered whether I was making enough of an impact. Those moments have required me to return to why I started in the first place and continue showing up even when I couldn’t immediately see the result.
I think we sometimes imagine that finding our purpose means everything suddenly becomes easy. My experience has been almost the opposite. Purpose asks something of you. It asks you to grow into the person capable of carrying it.
Looking back, many of the things I once considered obstacles have actually been some of my greatest teachers. They’ve given me more compassion, stronger boundaries, greater integrity, and a much deeper understanding of the transformation I now ask my own students and clients to step into.

My work is centered around one idea: Know Thyself.
I am a Certified Spiritual Guide, Healer, Teacher, Life Activation Practitioner, and Ritual Master in the lineage of King Salomon through the Modern Mystery School. I work with people who want to understand themselves more deeply, activate more of their potential, and create lives with greater purpose, joy, meaning, and spiritual connection.
What I love about this work is that it isn’t about asking someone to believe what I believe or giving them all the answers. My role is not to be a guru. I am a guide. I offer ancient tools, teachings, healings, and initiations that give people an opportunity to have their own experiences, discover their own answers, and develop greater spiritual authority in their lives.
For many people, their first experience with my work is the Life Activation, an ancient energy healing modality designed to awaken greater potential and support clarity, vitality, and connection to one’s purpose. From there, I teach meditation, spiritual development classes, healing modalities, and Empower Thyself, a two-day program and initiation that is at the heart of the work I do.
Although these teachings come from an ancient tradition, I care deeply about making them relevant to modern life. My clients and students have careers, relationships, families, businesses, responsibilities, and very real challenges. Spirituality shouldn’t require us to escape our lives. I believe it should help us become more present, capable, loving, and intentional within them.
I think that is one of the things that sets my work apart. I love the mystical, but I also love the practical. I want someone to leave an experience with me not only feeling connected to something greater, but also better equipped to navigate their relationships, establish boundaries, understand themselves, make decisions, and create tangible change in their everyday life.
I’m especially proud of the environment I’ve created around this work. I put tremendous intention into the spaces I create and the way I teach. Whether someone is coming to a meditation, receiving a healing, or stepping into a two-day initiation, I want them to feel welcomed, respected, challenged, and genuinely cared for. I don’t believe transformation has to feel dark or heavy. There can be beauty, wonder, laughter, reverence, and joy in the process of becoming more of who we truly are.
Ultimately, I want people to know that you don’t have to wait until your life is falling apart to invest in yourself.
Many of the people I work with already have good lives. They’re successful, capable people who simply feel there is another level of themselves waiting to be discovered. That is the person I love working with, the person who can say, “My life is good, and I know there is more.”
My job is to help them discover what that “more” might actually be.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Integrity.
The work I do asks people to trust me with very personal parts of themselves and their growth, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. For me, integrity means continually doing my own work, being willing to look honestly at myself, and holding myself to the same standards I ask of my students and clients.
I also think integrity means remembering that I am a guide, not a guru. My job isn’t to tell someone who they should be. It’s to create a space, offer them tools, and help them discover more of who they already are.
Ultimately, I believe the quality of what we create in the world is directly connected to the quality of who we are becoming.
