Today we’d like to introduce you to Hauke.
Hi Hauke, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started my career as a hairstylist, eventually growing those skills to the point where I did my first tour in 2018 as a travelling hairstylist. I always took photos of the haircuts I did and found a passion for that, using the connections and friendships I made on that tour to take photos when their bands would come into town. After enough practice I ended up getting several tours as a photographer & videographer, in tandem also launching my business Nevermore Visuals focusing specifically on creating media for bands both national and local.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t always been easy, particularly at the start of my journey which was shortly before the pandemic. Momentum really came in waves, and there were certainly times of feast and famine, and the first few years were quite the learning curve for running my first business.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I specialize in creating multimedia for bands, specifically rock and metal bands both on the road and off. I’m most proud of working with several bands I grew up listening to, and also learning new skills on every project/tour.
