Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Harris.
Hi Tiffany, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My journey into skincare and wellness has been a very personal one. I’ve always been drawn to creating experiences that help people feel cared for, grounded, and more connected to themselves. Over time, that naturally evolved into esthetics, holistic wellness, and eventually building my business, Divine Glow by Tiffany.
What started as a passion for skincare became something much deeper for me. I realized that when women take time to care for themselves — even through something as simple as a facial, a candle ritual, or a quiet moment of connection — it can genuinely impact how they feel emotionally, mentally, and physically. That perspective really shaped the way I approach my work today.
Over the years, I’ve continued expanding both personally and professionally through hands-on experience, wellness education, and working in luxury spa environments, including Miraval in Austin. At the same time, I’ve been creating community-centered experiences outside of traditional skincare services, like women’s walks, connection nights, and wellness gatherings that encourage authentic connection in a world that can often feel disconnected.
Today, my work blends skincare, nervous system care, ritual, and community. Whether I’m giving a facial, creating candles, hosting an event, or simply holding space for someone to slow down and breathe, my goal is always the same: to help people feel radiant, supported, and more at home in themselves.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road — like most meaningful paths, mine has come with a lot of growth, uncertainty, and rebuilding along the way.
One of the biggest challenges has been learning how to build something authentic in a world that often pushes constant hustle, comparison, and perfection. I’ve had moments of burnout, self-doubt, financial stress, and periods where I questioned whether I was truly capable of creating the kind of life and business I envisioned.
Working in wellness and skincare can also be emotionally demanding because you’re holding space for people all day long while still trying to care for yourself. As someone who naturally pours a lot into others, I’ve had to learn the importance of boundaries, energy management, and slowing down enough to protect my own well-being too.
There have also been challenges in starting over, reinventing myself, and trusting my own voice creatively and professionally. Building community-centered work takes time, and not every idea works immediately. But I’ve learned that some of the most meaningful things grow slowly and organically.
At the same time, those struggles shaped the way I approach my work today. They made me more compassionate, more grounded, and more intentional about creating experiences that feel calming, supportive, and real for other women. I think the difficult seasons taught me that wellness isn’t about perfection — it’s about learning how to come back to yourself again and again.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m an esthetician and wellness-focused creator based in Austin, and my work centers around helping women feel more radiant, grounded, and connected to themselves through skincare, ritual, and community.
Through Divine Glow by Tiffany, I offer skincare experiences that blend results-driven treatments with a calming, holistic approach. I’m especially passionate about creating an environment where people feel genuinely cared for — not rushed through an appointment. I believe skincare is deeply connected to stress levels, nervous system health, self-image, and the way we care for ourselves overall, so I try to approach beauty from a more whole-person perspective.
In addition to skincare, I also create wellness-centered experiences like women’s walks, connection nights, candle-making, and intentional gatherings that encourage authentic connection and slowing down. A lot of women are craving spaces that feel real, supportive, and nourishing right now, and creating those spaces has become one of the most meaningful parts of my work.
I’m probably most proud of building something that feels aligned with who I truly am rather than trying to fit into a traditional mold. Whether I’m working in a luxury wellness environment like Miraval or hosting a casual community event, my goal is the same: to help people feel safe, seen, relaxed, and cared for.
What sets me apart is that I don’t see skincare as only cosmetic. Of course, I love helping clients improve their skin and feel confident, but I’m equally interested in how people feel emotionally when they leave my space. I want clients to leave feeling lighter, calmer, more connected to themselves, and reminded that caring for themselves matters.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
One thing that might surprise people is that while my work is centered around beauty and wellness, a lot of what drives me has actually come from navigating difficult seasons in my own life. Some of the calm, grounding experiences I create for others were born from learning how important those things were for me personally.
I’m also much more introverted than people often expect. Because I host events and work closely with people all day, many assume I’m naturally extroverted, but I actually recharge through quiet rituals — things like journaling, walking outdoors, making candles, being with my dogs, or simply creating peaceful environments at home.
Another thing people may not realize is how much intention goes into everything I create. Whether it’s a facial, a scent blend, a women’s gathering, or even the atmosphere of a room, I think deeply about how people are going to feel in that experience. For me, wellness has always been less about aesthetics alone and more about creating a sense of comfort, presence, and connection.
