Today we’d like to introduce you to Herdie Besofly.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Well I always been Herdie, then Herdie Byrdie, Herdie.B for short then boom Herdie Dot Besofly and Besofly was born 2020. I started by making instrumentals / beats and eventually started rapping/ singing only because I struggle to find anyone to rap to my beats. I couldn’t rap to save my life. I still like music and making music though. Then after that I started with shirts hats and merchandise like bags, hats, cups, cup koozies and coasters etc. Now I’m into better designs and working towards Besofly shoes and better craftsmanships by having the besofly logos on different merchandise alternate throughout the year based upon holidays and events.. Besofly is aiming to be a reasonable Exclusive Urban streetwear Brand.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s a smooth but bumpy back smooth road. Only speaking for me because I do and done everything 100% for Besofly. I have a family, no excuses but I think that make it hard. Working a full-time job being a full-time dad. Of course it’s a bit of a financial issue with everybody in this society but I manage to make it work through the grace of God. Family is what pushes you.
