Hi Jerry, Sammy, and Kenny, thanks for joining us today! We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
We started in 2014 on the historic square in downtown Georgetown, Texas. We specialize in serving high-quality, scratch-made pizza using only the best ingredients. From the beginning, it was a true family effort, we hired mostly family and close friends, including Kenny Hay, who has been with us for over 11 years. and now a partner in one of our new growing stores. What began as a small, tight-knit operation has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of, rooted in community, quality, and a passion for what we do.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s been a fun ride to say the least, lots of ups and downs but mostly ups. Were lucky to be in an incredible community with great people and staff.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
We specialize and take pride in all our products. I think the ingredients and our staff sets us apart from the rest.
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
Patience, the restaurant industry is a whole other animal. It can be tough at times and learning to adapt on all levels of our industry.
