Daily Inspiration: Meet Sarah Bond

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sarah Bond

Hi Sarah, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I grew up as a competitive level 10 gymnast, dedicating much of my early life to mastering the sport. Being homeschooled allowed me the flexibility to focus on my training and shaped my vision for my career. Instead of following the traditional path of going to college, I decided to invest in building my own business. If I had gone to college, I would have just graduated, but during that time, I’ve been able to grow my online personal training business/still in the process of getting it going.

Through content creation on social media, I focus on inspiring career-driven women to tap into their strength and confidence, helping them elevate their professional growth alongside their health. I specialize in gymnastics, calisthenics, and handstands, combining my athletic background with personal training to provide a unique approach to fitness.

A month ago, I made the big move from Virginia to Austin, and I’m excited to bring my workshops to this vibrant community and grow my in-person clientele. I’m passionate about helping others discover their potential through movement and fitness, and Austin feels like the perfect place to expand this vision.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Navigating the world of entrepreneurship and building a business at a young age has come with its own set of challenges. Often, I find myself dealing with the stress of figuring it all out—how to manage a growing business, stay financially stable, and continue to learn as I go. There are times when I feel like I’m behind, but those moments have pushed me to grow, become more resilient, and trust that my unique journey will pay off in the long run. Balancing everything can be tough, but it has shaped me into someone who thrives on overcoming obstacles and finding new ways to succeed.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I bring my athletic background into my content by showcasing creative movement, from handstand progressions to functional bodyweight training that’s accessible yet challenging. But more than just workouts, I make sure my content reflects the mindset and personal growth aspects that have been central to my journey. My goal is to inspire others to break past self-doubt and create routines that elevate both their physical and mental well-being.

In addition, I’m always looking for new ways to engage my audience, whether it’s through interactive challenges, behind-the-scenes glimpses into my own health journey, or creating a sense of community through workshops and events. I think what really sets me apart is that I don’t just sell fitness—I promote a lifestyle of confidence and growth, with a focus on creativity, connection, and authenticity.”

I also have a couples account that’s been so fun and recently popping off @lukexsarahh!

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
As an entrepreneur, I’ve learned that risk-taking is essential for growth—both personally and professionally. One of the biggest risks I’ve taken has been investing in my business, but even more so, investing in myself. Starting from scratch and putting time, financial resources, and energy into building something meaningful like my EmpowerFit program was a leap of faith. By choosing to bring on support for areas where I’m less skilled, I can focus on what I do best: connecting with my clients and focusing on their progress. Freeing up my time and mental energy allows me to put my strengths to work, becoming a more present and effective coach.

Taking these risks—whether it’s investing in my growth, stepping into new opportunities as a coach, or creating content that reaches a broader audience—has been uncomfortable at times, but it’s what has driven my business forward. Putting myself out there, sharing my story, and building a community around health and empowerment has shown me that these risks are worth it. Each step helps me grow, reach more people, and stay energized about what’s next for both my business and the people I’m privileged to serve.

Pricing:

  • 12 week EmpowerFit program: $900 for (13 weeks)
  • lower tier: $300 per month ($75 per week)
