Hi Kelly, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Results Weight Loss & Med Spa began as a small but powerful mission, to help people in our community regain their health, confidence, and joy through a specialized ketogenic weight-loss program. What started as a successful local wellness which quickly grew as we witnessed incredible transformations, and the need for continued care. Many of our clients achieved remarkable weight loss but faced new skin and aesthetic concerns as part of their journeys.
From that experience, the idea for our med spa was born. We wanted to create a place where clients could continue their transformation, addressing skin tightening, texture, and rejuvenation in a one stop, welcoming, professional setting close to home. No long drives into the city, no intimidating clinical environments just trusted care right here in our community.
My background in human biology fuels my passion for aesthetic medicine, ensuring every treatment is safe, evidence-based, and designed to bring out natural beauty. My sister, Debby is dedication to helping others lose weight and feel their best continues to guide our approach, blending health, wellness, and self-confidence into every service we offer.
Today, Results Weight Loss & Med Spa has blossomed into a full-service med spa offering advanced laser and aesthetic treatments, still rooted in the same passion that started it all — helping people look and feel their very best.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Starting a med spa has been one of the most rewarding and challenging journeys we’ve ever taken. What began as a dream to bring high-quality aesthetic and wellness care to our small community quickly became a crash course in resilience, learning, and dedication.
From the very beginning, we faced the realities of building a medical business from the ground up and finding the right medical director, ensuring full medical compliance, and developing policies and procedures that uphold the highest standards of safety and care. Every detail mattered, and every step taught us something new.
We also knew that to truly serve our clients, we had to invest in ourselves. That meant going back to school and earning certifications to become knowledgeable in aesthetics, injectables, lasers, and other advanced treatments. We committed to understanding every aspect of the med spa world, not just as business owners, but as hands-on professionals who could deliver real, safe, and lasting results.
Building a highly trained and compassionate team was another challenge. We wanted a staff that shared our values of kindness, integrity, and excellence, people who would treat every client like family.
And of course, stepping into the world of marketing, advertising, and social media was a journey all its own. Learning how to share our story, reach our audience, and connect with our community online was no easy feat, but it has helped us grow in ways we never imagined.
Through every struggle, we’ve grown stronger. Every obstacle has shaped us into who we are today, a med spa built on hard work, continuing education, and genuine passion for helping people feel confident, beautiful, and proud of who they are.

Results Weight Loss & Med Spa began with a shared passion, to bring quality, science-based health and aesthetic care to our small community. We wanted to create a place where people could receive exceptional medical and wellness services close to home, without having to travel to a large city.
Our journey started as a weight-loss center, offering a medically guided ketogenic program that helped hundreds of people in our community achieve life-changing results. As clients reached their goals, many experienced new challenges — loose skin, texture changes, and other aesthetic concerns that often come with weight loss. From those experiences, our med spa was born, blending health, beauty, and confidence into one supportive environment.
Today, Results is growing into The Laser Center in Buda, expanding our vision even further. We now provide a full scope of advanced skin laser services, along with access to an experienced skin care specialist and a team of expert aesthetic providers dedicated to helping clients achieve radiant, healthy skin.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, specializing in Cellular Physiology, giving her a deep understanding of how the body heals and responds to treatment. Debby holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and has dedicated her life’s work to behavioral science, helping clients build sustainable, healthy habits for long-term success.
What truly sets us apart is our authenticity, compassion, and commitment to our community. We’re proud to have grown organically — through education, perseverance, and a genuine desire to help people feel confident, beautiful, and empowered.

What does success mean to you?
For me, success isn’t just about numbers or growth it’s about impact. It’s seeing someone walk through our doors feeling unsure and walk out with confidence, hope, and a renewed sense of self. Success is watching someone step back into family photos after years of hiding, or hearing that a client finally feels good in their own skin again.
It’s also about building something real and meaningful for our community and creating a place where people can receive exceptional care close to home. Where our team feels proud of the work they do every day.
On a personal level, success means continuing to learn, grow, and lead with heart. It’s about staying true to our values, caring for people as individuals, and never losing sight of why we started — to help others become the best version of themselves, inside and out.
