Exploring Life & Business with Nayeli Martinez of El Sol Bodyworks

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nayeli Martinez.

Hi Nayeli, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I’ve always had a passion for health and fitness. After raising two boys I had the opportunity to become a personal trainer and help others reach their goals. It was then when I really started to find my purpose. I knew the importance of recovery after workouts and I started to get curious about massage therapy and all of it’s wonderful benefits. I followed my instinct and decided to go to school for it.
I’ve been a massage therapist and a personal trainer for 5 years now and my love and passion for wellness just keeps growing. I love sharing it with the world. I am so blessed to be able to do what I love and make a living from it.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Trying to grow a small business in a small town is not easy. It takes time and hard work. As the town grows it gets a little easier to meet wonderful open minded people who are actually interested and want to care for their health and I love that.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about El Sol Bodyworks ?
I strive to provide my clients with the best experience in holistic massage therapy. I love using essential oils to manage pain and I specialize in sports massage and deep tissue massage. I am able to connect with my clients easily by sharing my knowledge of body mechanics being that I am also a personal trainer. I love answering questions they might have about fitness and encouraging them to seek a healthier life in every way possible. I am a strong believer of wellness as a whole. Mind, body, spirit. And the importance of taking care of yourself to be able to care for those around you.

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
I believe that every person that crosses your path is for a reason. I learn something from everyone I meet. You just have to keep and open mind. When I find someone I admire, I make an effort to reach out and keep connected if they’re open to it.
