Today we’d like to introduce you to Casey O’Connell.
Hi Casey, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I’ve always been a highly sensitive person – energetically speaking. The World around me has always been laced in vivid color and intricate melody, weaving sights, sounds and feelings together – which can and does make living life really exciting! It has put me in touch with the soul and essence of all living things, as well as the greater purpose behind it all. However, on the flip side, these gifts can create a lot of overwhelm, fear and isolation – feelings of being “different” or “misunderstood as well as the realization of the amount of healing that the World truly needs. These feelings can become present particularly in childhood when one does not have the tools to manage these levels of sensitivity nor the ability to truly respond to the collective healing that is needed.
This said, entering adulthood left me with many unhealthy coping mechanisms for those levels of overwhelm. One might say the desire to “shut it all off.” This is when, a decade ago, I found myself at the steps of The Modern Mystery School and began to study within the ancient Lineage of King Salomon. This gave me the necessary tools and practices to manage my energetic sensitivities, as well as employ my gifts in service to others. Today, I am a practicing Guide, Teacher and Healer, assisting clients and students to uncover their blocks to their own unique purpose and service in the World.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I believe personally that a path without obstacles is one without progression. As I have walked down the road to my purpose of bringing balance to the world through healing and teaching, it has been less than smooth. I have come to find over the years that these bumps or rocky points (i.e., relationship & intimacy struggles, financial hurdles, fears around being seen and speaking up) are teachers in and of themselves. They exist within me and to show me where I personally require greater introspection and healing as well as where I need to become better as a person.

I would say that what sets me apart from others is two-fold. One foundational aspect of my work is that it is a grounded in ancient, unbroken Lineage. What this means is that it is not created by or channeled by me, so that I know it is free of ego pollution which so often happens unintentionally. Secondly, I have trained for nearly a decade not only in service to others and honing my skills but also in service to myself. What this means is that I am constantly working to clear my own negativity so that I can be a truer version of myself and purer vessel for my clients.
What brings me the most pride about my brand is that it is really aligned with who I truly am. I have gone through different iterations over the years, and this feels most purely me. Simply put, I am someone who really wants to help people and these tools are how I have found to do that and I am proud to offer this to people under my name.

The World is at a place where the amount of healing needed is extremely visible. In fact, it has become impossible to look away. I know for me, it can be a difficult place to sit however, it can also be a deeply empowering one. We have the opportunity to dig within, reach upwards and find out why it is we are truly here.
