Today we’d like to introduce you to Raj Bandi

Hi Raj, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
A little about myself and why I started this

I am an Indian immigrant who saved up some money to start this food truck business because I fell in love with fried chicken the very first time I tasted it 10yrs ago back home and ever since I always wanted put a Indian twist on it after perfecting the recipes for 3yrs I finally opened up GUPPYS so that people would taste the new n unique fried chicken showcasing diverse Indian flavors.
To put a good product we ensure that chicken is FRESH n NEVER FROZEN which is also hormones and steroids free!!
And to elevate the chicken we dip it PREMIUM DUCK FAT giving it more depth of flavor.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
After opening we struggled a lot to keep with food truck challenges we had a plumbing issues , electrical issues and storage issues within the truck as a result we closed for business through out the first month randomly and our customers we not happy about that and we were close to closing down permanently but we didn’t give up and bounced back stronger after fixing all the issues.

Success is good mixture of a lot of hardwork, consistency and little bit of luck.
