Hi Yannette, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’m a Realtor and Apartment Locator. I began my career during COVID, helping people find apartments at a time when the world had slowed down, but the need for a place to call home had not. Those early experiences showed me the value of serving clients wherever they were in their journey. Over time, through dedication, genuine care, and referrals from happy clients, I built my business and am now proud to be recognized as one of the top apartment locators in North Austin and in the Hispanic community too!
I’m a mom, daughter, sister, auntie and wife! I love my family, my dog and my house is my temple.
Also, I’m an engineer, but been a realtor has been blessed my live!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
When things are done with love and discipline, everything is easy. I love my work, and instead of seeing difficulties, I see opportunities to change someone’s life for the better; it may seem silly, but a change of home truly transforms the lives of many families for the better!

My brand for 6 years have been Yannette Homsy Realtor and now, I’m opening a new Brand with physical location in Cedar Park, and the name is Home See Real Estate. I’m also building a fantastic team of real estate agents who are ready to increase their income, learn the apartment locating business, and take their careers to the next level. If you’re looking for training, mentorship, and a supportive team that wants to see you succeed, I’d be happy to help you every step of the way!
We specialize in sell, buy and rent Real Estate properties, and as Apartment Locator too.
What distinguishes me is the care, empathy, and humility with which I do my work.
It makes me proud that every client is satisfied, especially knowing that many of them come through referrals from other happy clients. That means I’m doing a good job.
No matter where someone comes from, their budget, or their age… they will always have someone here who, with love, respect, and humility, will help them find the home they need, whether it is for rent or purchase.
