Inspiring Conversations with Celeste of Casa Celeste | Mobile Charm Bar

Today we’d like to introduce you to Celeste.

Hi Celeste, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I moved to Austin almost two years ago and one of the biggest adjustments was leaving a job that was incredibly social. I’ve always been someone who loves meeting new people, having conversations, and making others happy. When I moved, I started working from home in recruiting. While I enjoy the work, I realized I was really missing that social connection.

That’s where Casa Celeste began. The original idea was to create personalized charm jewelry, but that changed when I got invited to my first market. I fell in love with watching people choose charms that meant something to them, creating pieces alongside their friends and seeing how something as simple as jewelry could bring people together!

That’s when I shifted from selling jewelry to creating a fully mobile charm bar experience. Instead of people coming to me, I get to bring the experience wherever they’re celebrating! It was one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Being new to a city can be intimidating, but Casa Celeste has helped Austin become home. Through my business, I’ve met incredible people, entrepreneurs, brands and so many wonderful clients. More than anything it’s given me the opportunity to create experiences that bring people together and thats what brings me the most joy!

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but I think thats the best part of building anything! One of the biggest challenges was starting from scratch in a new city where I didn’t really know anyone other than my husband. Building a client base, making connections and getting my name out there took time, consistency and a lot of putting myself out there.

Another challenge has been learning every part of running a business. Im not just creating experiences, I do it all. I’m the marketing team, customer service, bookkeeper, content creator, event planner and actually showing up to each event. At the same time, I’ve been balancing my work from home recruiting job while growing Casa Celeste!

I’ve also learned that not every idea is the right one and thats okay! Some things have evolved completely from where I started. Casa Celeste began as personalized charm jewelry and shifted into a completely mobile charm bar experience!

Every challenge has taught me something and looking back, Im grateful for each one because they’ve helped shape both me and my business. I’ve learned that challenges can be scary but what matters most is how you respond to them. Do you let them become the bump in the road that stops you or do you find a way to keep moving forward? Thats a lesson I’ve had to learn and it’s one that continues to shape the way I approach business and life.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Casa Celeste is a mobile charm bar based in Austin that brings a hands on, interactive experience to celebrations of all kinds! Instead of simply purchasing jewelry, guests get to create something meaningful by choosing charms that represent their memories, interests and the people they love!

We specialize in on site charm bar experiences for private parties, bachelorette weekends, bridal showers, birthdays, corporate events, and brand activations. Every event is fully mobile allowing us to bring the entire experience directly to our clients.

What sets Casa Celeste apart is that we’re focused on creating moments, not just products. I love watching friends gather around the charm bar, help each other choose charms, share stories, and leave with something that feels personal to them. Thats the part that makes every event special.

One of the things I’m most proud of is how quickly Casa Celeste has grown! We’ve had the opportunity to partner with local businesses and national brands and seeing people connect over something as simple as creating jewelry together reminds me why I started!

I want people to remember that Casa Celeste isn’t just about charms, it’s about creating an experience that brings people together and gives them a keepsake they’ll actually treasure!

What do you like and dislike about the city?
I absolutely love how social Austin is! There always seems to be a market, pop up or community event happening and it’s the perfect city for meeting people and supporting local businesses. As someone’s who loves connecting with others, it’s been an amazing place to build Casa Celeste.

If I had to choose one thing I like least, I’d say the traffic! Coming from my home town, it’s definitely a drastic change but it’s worth it to be able to live and work in such a vibrant city!
