Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey started with a passion for beauty, self-expression, and helping people feel confident. What began as an interest in hairstyling quickly became something much bigger. Along the way, I’ve faced setbacks, financial challenges, and moments where giving up would have been easier, but I stayed committed to my goals. Every obstacle taught me something valuable and pushed me to grow both personally and professionally. Today, I’m building my brand, creating content, pursuing opportunities in modeling and entertainment, and continuing to evolve as an entrepreneur. I’m proud of how far I’ve come, but I’m even more excited about where I’m headed because I know this is only the beginning.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
My journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve faced financial challenges, worked multiple jobs, dealt with setbacks in school, and had moments where I had to completely rebuild. There were times when people doubted me, and even moments when I doubted myself. But every obstacle taught me resilience. Instead of letting those experiences stop me, I used them as motivation to keep growing, building my brand, and creating opportunities for myself. Those challenges are a big part of who I am today because they taught me how to keep going no matter what.

I am the owner of The Serene Experience, a beauty brand dedicated to providing high-quality hair services in a luxury yet affordable environment. I specialize in braids, weaves, locs, and custom hair services designed to help clients look and feel their best. What sets my brand apart is that I focus on the entire experience, not just the final result. I believe beauty services should be professional, personalized, and empowering from start to finish.
The thing I’m most proud of is building a brand that reflects resilience, growth, and confidence. Every client who sits in my chair receives attention to detail, quality workmanship, and an atmosphere where they feel valued. My goal is to create more than beautiful hairstyles—I want to create an experience that leaves people feeling elevated, confident, and cared for. As my brand continues to grow, I remain committed to quality, luxury, affordability, and helping others show up as the best version of themselves.

I’d love readers to know that I’m more than just a hairstylist—I’m a creative. In addition to building my beauty brand, I’m also a model, dancer, content creator, and currently learning music production. Each of these passions allows me to express myself in different ways and continues to shape who I am as an entrepreneur and artist. My journey has taught me that you don’t have to choose just one dream. You can pursue multiple passions, evolve, and create your own path.
