Hi James J, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I have 30 years of business consulting experience – as a consultant, project manager, business analyst, division director and quality manager.
I selected this career because my family background, education, and work experience made me well suited for this line of work.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has been a career that has built on my past experiences.
My transition to an entrepreneur was seemless and I was able to more than replace my income when I worked for others, but growing the business beyond this level took time, thoughtfulness, and hard work.
Because today’s marketplace is volatile, uncertain, complex and ambigious, my business model and market focus has continuously evolved.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite childhood memory was probably the time I spent on the Jersey Shore.
