Today we’d like to introduce you to Palav.
Hi Palav, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I have always believed that life is the greatest teacher. Even if we have higher education or knowledge, life has its own way of teaching us the lessons we need at different stages. The same was true for me.
On the outside, I had everything that looked perfect—strong academic achievements, a full-time job, and a stable life. But deep inside, I felt completely disconnected, lost, and lonely. For almost three years, I isolated myself. I stopped going to social events, left my job, and slowly created distance from everyone, including my family.
Somewhere within, I knew I was carrying a lot of emotional pain and baggage from my past. I also knew it was time to face it—to go through deep healing, make uncomfortable decisions, and take bold steps toward change.
What followed was a two-year journey of self-discovery, healing, and inner transformation. Through that process, I stepped into a completely different version of myself. It felt like a rebirth. I reconnected with who I truly am and became my own biggest supporter—someone who fought many silent battles that no one saw. Even when life and circumstances tried to break me, I found a way to rise again.
I not only regained my lost self-confidence, but I also took back the power I had once given to others to define who I should or shouldn’t be. I embraced myself fully and gave myself a new identity—a wounded warrior.
Through the hardest lessons, this warrior found a new vision and a deeper purpose: to guide other women who are walking through similar struggles. With what I believe is divine guidance, Adhyashakti was born—a name inspired by divine feminine energy.
Today, it has been a year since I started this mission of supporting and guiding my soul sisters. Adhyashakti has become a space where women build a strong inner foundation through their own life experiences. By recognizing old belief systems and patterns, and through awareness, coaching tools, and deep emotional work, they begin the journey of returning to themselves.
Alongside them, I continue to evolve—not just personally, but also as a coach. My vision is expanding, and I feel deeply committed to creating a space that offers strength, clarity, and transformation to as many women as I can reach.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely has not been a smooth road. Some of the biggest challenges were internal as well as external. One of the hardest parts was trying to make sense to others about the path I was choosing and why I needed to walk it. There were moments where I felt I had to prove myself, and I also carried certain expectations of being supported by others.
Over time, I learned an important lesson—that everyone is fighting their own battles, and support doesn’t always show up the way we expect, not because people don’t care, but because of where they are in their own journey.
Another challenge was that when you are trying to do something from your own vision, people will not always understand it. I faced some criticism, misunderstanding, and felt unsupported in the beginning.
But deep within, I always knew I was building something rooted in my lived experiences, not external validation. I also learned that when you are creating something new and different, you often have to walk your path alone.
Slowly, I became more comfortable in my own company and my own choices. Looking back, these challenges became the foundation of my growth.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Adhyashakti, a reflection of my own transformation journey, is a coaching space created to support women in their journey of self-discovery, emotional healing, and inner transformation.
While life coaching often focuses on present and future goals, my approach is a little different. From my own experience, I’ve learned that moving forward in life doesn’t always come from logic and skills alone. Unless we recognize and work through our old belief systems—the roots of our patterns, attachment styles, emotional habits, and distractions—we often find ourselves repeating the same cycles.
My purpose through this practice is not to stay stuck in the past, but to help women become aware of what they may have been suppressing or avoiding. Many of us learn to appear “fine” on the outside, while internally feeling disconnected, lonely, or unclear. And that slowly affects every area of life—career, relationships, and especially the relationship we have with ourselves.
Through awareness, life coaching tools, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, reflection, and deep personal work, I guide women—based on their own journey—to reconnect with themselves and their inner world. From there, they begin to build self-confidence, resilience, and the ability to stand strong through life’s challenges.
I offer both one-on-one and group sessions, where women are given a safe and non-judgmental space to feel seen, heard, and supported as they move toward self-mastery.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
Through my experience, I see a big shift happening in this space. Women are becoming more aware that success is not just about external achievements, but also about inner well-being and emotional health.
Many women are now turning inward and focusing more on healing, mental health, and personal growth. At the same time, I also feel there will be a shift from surface-level motivation to deeper, more meaningful inner work. Women are starting to realize that quick fixes and temporary solutions don’t create lasting change.
I also see more women stepping into their own power—becoming more aware of their patterns, making conscious choices, and choosing growth over comfort.
As this space continues to grow, there will be more people in it, but I feel the work that will truly stand out is the one that is authentic, grounded, and comes from genuine intention—not just theory or trends.
