Hi Wendy, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
We run a business with my family. My father has a dream of having his noodle restaurant. He is a very positive and healthy person even though he is 66 years old. We have an excellent business team running the restaurant.
Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
We are located at Forum Olympia Center on the I-35 highway connecting San Antonio and Austin. Now there is a huge construction on The San Antonio-Austin mega-metro.

This is a franchise restaurant. There are more than 60 locations so far in the USA. Let me introduce the name of the restaurant. “Ten seconds” means the food will be ready shortly. We prepare the boiling base coup, noodles, and sides for customers. They can put everything in the pot and get ready to eat in 10 seconds. “Yunnan “is one of the most beautiful provinces in China. The rice noodle is very popular and typical. We have various soup bases. We have a mini hot pot too.
