Matthew partnered up with a long-time friend, Alex Coffman, to create Teifke Real Estate. Both Alex and Matt are experienced entrepreneurs and real estate investors in Austin, TX.
Together, they are building a brokerage that has no limits to what their agents can do. At TRE, we are a full-service provider. The range of help we can offer you throughout the Central Texas region makes us the go-to real estate resource. Our focus is to educate others on how to make money IN and ON real estate and work with, not for others. Our values are opportunity for everyone and having a No Fear Attitude. We support the entrepreneur and the agent getting the most out of real estate for themselves.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Plenty of growing pains; however, we always have focused on keeping our heads down, working hard, and delivering on what we believes makes us unique. We have amazing people around us and we’re growing together. We welcome new people to come be around the energy and grow with us. We have 95 agents at TRE, a construction company, an acquisitions company, and have plans to grow nationwide. The more great people we can get around the better!

We are the real estate brokerage that allows agents to be entrepreneurial. We teach them how to invest in real estate. Our core focus is “IN and ON.” Working in real estate as an agent and investing on real estate as an investor. We are truly here to help our agents create their business and support them in whichever direction they choose. We want to help others on their goal to financial freedom and we believe real estate is an amazing path that everyone can go on.
How do you define success?
Freedom and also the ability to help others achieve their own definition of success. Ultimately I believe it’s getting as close to the person you were put on this earth to be.
