Hi Natalie, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Hi! I’m Natalie, although most people online know me as “Notoriously Nat”. I’m a native Texan, a full-time engineer, and have been sharing my life online as a content creator since 2019. During my time at the University of Houston, I gained a following on TikTok and started a Tarot business called “Nat the High Priestess”. After moving to Austin in 2022 for my first engineering job, I became more confident sharing not only my hobbies and interests, but my personal experiences that have helped shaped me.
As my audience has grown over the years, I’ve found that the most rewarding part has been showing up authentically. I’ve been fortunate enough to connect with so many courageous individuals through sharing some of the stories and lessons I’ve learned from my healing journey after leaving a deeply unhealthy relationship. It’s empowering to be vulnerable, but more importantly to help others identify unhealthy relationship patterns and recognize that we are not defined by our experiences. Rebuilding my life and making it my own has been so much easier knowing I’m a part of community full of growth and understanding!
Calling Austin home has allowed me to fall in love with everything it has to offer, especially as an avid concert goer and hiking enthusiast! It’s so special to document the endless opportunities and highlight what makes this city so unique. Whether I’m sharing lifestyle, fashion, music, healing, or everyday moments, I want my videos to leave people with the reminder that it’s always okay to embrace every season of life and to keep growing into the box you decide to create.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Sharing your life and opinions online definitely comes with its challenges, but after posting for so many years I’ve come to accept that you can’t make everyone happy. Being my true self and showing vulnerable has helped me build my confidence, maintain motivation through the lulls, and find a genuine community!
Juggling the content and engineering life can be quite the handful, but I’ve been learning how to make it work for me! Having the skills from both worlds allows me to show up better overall. With all of the deadlines, projects, filming, and editing, I’ve truly learned how to manage my time and prioritize what counts. Spending time with my friends or bengal cat Archie gives me the recharge I need! As I’ve continued with both for several years, it’s become so much easier to merge the two lives into one.

I’ve been a lifestyle, beauty, and fashion content creator for several years outside of my work as a full-time engineer! I’m known for documenting my life in an unfiltered way as I’ve always found joy in capturing my journey and finding a community online. Alongside my lifestyle content, I’ve become passionate about sharing some of the difficult experiences that have allowed me to encourage self-growth, confidence, and recognizing healthy relationship dynamics. It’s been so special to hear others’ stories and see how my own words can resonate!
I’m so grateful for and proud of the audience I’ve found, and it’s so special to see so many familiar faces follow me throughout the years. Any time I question putting myself out there, that sense of community keeps me coming back. Being an engineer and content creator is not the norm, but I enjoy the balance it brings to my everyday life. It’s so fulfilling to blend the different forms of creativity and innovation every day!
What matters most to you?
I value honesty, vulnerability, and transparency most in life, and I’m so blessed to have a platform to share those values and find that kind of community online. I’ve met so many incredible people with the most compelling stories, and it means so much to find a genuine connection through a screen or a keyboard. Learning from and finding mutual understanding in strangers that have walked a similar path has been the most rewarding part of my content journey by far!!
