Today we’d like to introduce you to Rakeem Tazz Ali.
Thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, how did you get started?
Well, my story is a wild one. I started in a music Group of 5 placed in a horrible contract for ten years which just expired, which landed me to become a solo A&R and artist that has helped many artists and entrepreneurs achieve massive success through hard work and collaboration consistently.
Alright, let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what challenges have you had to overcome?
It hasn’t been smooth, but worth it. I’ve been up and down, but I realize that if the life of success was easy Everyone would be successful in what they do, I would say. But this is why I try to stretch myself more and more everyday becoming 1% better daily is my Go to after I pray and get the day started.

I am an Artist Rep for independent artists and an intern for Collective Music Group Records as well I am growing my own marketing company known as 400Reasons LLC. To provide an outlet for aspiring entrepreneurs that need that extra push to make their dreams a reality. I’m known for making things happen with little to nothing. My mind is the bank. I managed to manifest how I got here with that alone. I’m most proud of my diligence and love for the industry and my humanity to serve because I realize if you want success, help someone else reach success and pay it forward. What sets me apart is I’ve never been one to be flashy and show off material items to prove I’m making an impact. I make an impact by seeing others smile and making dreams a reality. Yes, it’s hard work, but we keep going, and god helps us with the rest is why I am different from most. My faith came from me having this hunger inside of me of never giving up and it gets harder as you attain more.
We’d like to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you.
I would say I have had much luck in the sense of being in situations that I don’t know how I got out of, but when I did, I thanked the lord and advised him I understood and know you’re not done with me to serve a greater purpose, and that’s to impact.
