This wasn’t my first attempt. Read more>>

But somewhere between client number 60 and client number 80, I realized I was helping everyone else find their voice while quietly suffocating my own. Comedy was always there. Read more>>

I didn’t set out to specialize in OCD and anxiety. It just kept finding me. Over nearly 15 years as a clinician, I’ve noticed the same pattern. Again and again, I meet people who are exhausted from fighting their own minds. Intrusive fears. Constant doubt. Phobias that quietly limit their lives. Mental rituals. On the outside, their lives often look stable and successful. Read more>>

In 2020, I was running a bakery and coffee shop and, like many small business owners, I had a front-row seat to what families in our community were going through.
